Have used KFH to rent my property for ~ 10 years. Very happy with the service. Rohan is excellent at communication and honest feedback. They worked with me during a couple of tough tenancies and I would definitely recommend them.

Totally overvalued property. £650000. We eventually sold for £535000 8 months later having dropped the price several times.Showed lots of indivuals round but never told them it needed a fair amount of work. Waste of their time and agents time.Told us we were signing a 4 month contract but then made us give them a further month.We found them to be totally unprofessional. We have sold 8 properties before this one they were by far the worse.Would definitely not recommend.

GoogleAudrey at KFH Marylebone was super helpful and efficient. She was responsive and clear throughout the process, and usually very easy to reach in case of any queries. Very detailed and informative during the apartment viewing for the one I eventually went on to take as well. Would recommend her and the agency, definitely.

As a first time buyer everything about mortgages was confusing. Sawan not only went out of his way to find me the best deal, he consistently treated me with respect and understanding as I navigated this complicated topic. He proactively looked for the best deals, and when he found one (even up to the week of exchange) he told me and we switched to the better deal. Sawan answered the phone whenever I called and never stopped being totally professional and decent. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so

GoogleI appointed KFH Baker Street and met with Valentina who heads up the Lettings department. She was professional, friendly, to the point and knowledgeable about the building and area. She advised me on the current market price and likely time period for offers. I was also adamant that I only wanted a professional as a tenant. Within one week, Valentina and her team found me an ideal professional tenant who made an offer at asking price. Valentina and her team handled the credit checks, references and contract quickly and efficiently. A few weeks later, I also dealt with James who heads up the Sales department in relation to another property. Again, the service was exceptional. Whether it is lettings or sales, I highly recommend speaking to Valentina or James at KFH.

GoogleI have been renting for the last 10 years and had to move 6 times. I say this with confidence that Jack Eugenio is by far the best agent i dealt with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the whole process a lot easier and i am glad that there are still honest agents like him exist through this industry. I would recommend KFH and Jack to anyone who is looking to move somewhere Central and looking for a great service.

Over several years of dealing with KFH as managing agents for Filton Court, I have experienced a shocking level of mismanagement, inefficiency, and disregard for their duties. Despite repeated complaints, KFH has failed to address critical issues, including ongoing roof leaks, misallocation of service charge funds, and persistent failures in communication and resolution.Key Issues:Ignored CAPEX RecommendationsIn 2020, a CAPEX report outlined urgent roof repairs. Instead of taking swift action, KFH delayed implementation for over four years. Their justification, arrears due to unpaid service charges, is unacceptable, as no meaningful efforts were made to recover these charges or inform leaseholders about the impact on essential worksFailure to Act on ComplaintsMultiple reports of leaks were ignored over several years. KFH consistently opted for ineffective temporary repairs, wasting funds and exacerbating the damage. Professional advice recommending a full roof refurbishment was disregardedQuestionable Financial PracticesService charge contributions for the reserve fund inexplicably fluctuated, quadrupling in one year without clear justification. We started renting with KFH last year and since then they have been nothing but unhelpful. I don’t know if it’s because we were immigrants and new to the renting industry but they forgot to mention lots of issues with the flat and that the landlord managed the property. The landlord not once helped us, the main door didn’t lock and he didn’t understand the issue, mold in the bathroom, broken domestic electrics that were never fixed etc. The fact that they accept these type of landlords tells you a lot. Furthermore, he hasn’t given us back our security deposit and the agency has done nothing to help us. When they started the flat views to rent it again they were unprofessional and impatient. I was working from home once, I had told the agent this information which she decided to ignore to then proceed to buzz again and again without an apology or thanks. Be careful with them.

Good communication and customer serviceWe recently sold our house having lived there for 27 years and so hadn't experienced the house moving process for a long time.Catherine who dealt initially with our sale before her maternity leave was excellent, keeping us informed throughout the process but without giving us unrealistic expectations. Jack then took over and also kept us regularly updated with calls and ensured a smooth end to the sale despite issues with one of the parties further down the chain.

I can’t speak more highly of the team at KFH Wimbledon, particularly our main contact there Linda and the branch Manager, Jimmy. We had a difficult sale of our flat and purchase of our first house through them (it took two attempts over the course of a year!). They were patient, helpful, professional, pretty much always responsive and Linda had a great sense of humour which helped us see the bright side of things at the low points of our moving journey. With our house search, KFH were also never too pushy and didn’t try and flog properties to us that clearly weren’t what we were looking for, unlike other agents we dealt with in Wimbledon. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to sell and buy with KFH again. Having dealt with almost all of the other names in out area over the past year, KFH are the best :)
