extremely slow and unresponsive customer service for block management. We've had a hot water issue for weeks that no one has got back to us about. The last time the same issue happened it also took weeks to resolve because they said it wasn’t their responsibility (it was)

Very poor service from the manager at the Southgate branch Matt. Does not listen and laughs at serious information, does not listen to customer at all and does his own thing. Very disappointed and disrespectful. Would not use them again.

Suitable tenants have always been found quickly.The tenancy agreements have been arranged quickly and our very through. When there has been a change in tenant that has been sorted easily. The tenants are happy with all arrangements.There are of course fees to pay but you get what you pay for . Bad tenants could be more costly.

Misinformed about the noise in the property we moved into. Estate agent and Landlady both said how "quiet" the property was. They knew it would be a deal breaker and they kept their mouths shut at best... Watch out for these guys. Most of their positive reviews come from home owners who have sold their property through them, not renters.
