I am renting a property through the East Dulwich branch. We were told we would have access to the large communal garden at the front and after three months they haven't given us a key. The communal garden is actually being managed by another company who claim KFH 'keep doing this'. They don't really don't care so we're taking legal action.

I was diagnosed with cancer during the sale of my property. Although my original buyer pulled out within days they found a new buyer who proceeded with the sale at the original price. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wishes to sell their property or rent their property out. I was really touched by the kindness of all the staff.

Always very good at getting new tenants quickly & then checking them out if they can afford the rent.They keep us up to date with the process.Rent notification is also very good & efficient.Inly thing we don’t like is the advertising board outside our property as it’s in a cul de sac seems pointless & they didn’t ask first.

We recently used Pardeep to guide us through our remortgage. Given the increase in rates, we want to get the best deal possible. Pardeep did an amazing job of keeping us informed of the rate changes and managed to arrange the best rate possible given the circumstances, even after we agreed an initial rate. Organising repairs takes too long; there have been many different agents who don’t seem to hand over well; I don’t trust the work of some of your contractors after a bad experience; sometimes a response takes too long and there seems to be no one actually managing the property.
