GoogleKFH managed to rent my flat in W2 very quickly and efficiently. Main agent was Sabina Csok who worked tirelessly to get all the paperwork sorted and in place for tenant coming from USA. This is the second rental I have done with her so full marks and many thanks to her.

TrustpilotAbsolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Lazy to inform tenants and they had the nerve to tell me that they only work for the landlord. Excuse me you are getting money from me last time I checked. Also the landlord they are representing is a fraud ashe asked for money I don't owe him TWO months after I left the property. Unbelievable.

GoogleI worked with Melodie and Tom from KFH to get my flat on Queensway let on a short term basis. They worked incredibly fast and had a tenant checked and in within a week, taking my stress away.

TrustpilotKFH Putney Branch
I have had a very good experience with KFH Putney Branch (Alex, John & Colleagues) selling a property in a challenging market. Key to successful dealings with KFH was demonstrated knowldege of the local property and open discussion at key stages. Also appreciated advice regrding next steps for renting. I would definitely recommend the team.

TrustpilotKFH Sydenham
I recently sold my house with KFH in Sydenham and was extremely impressed with their service, and especially with Toby who contacted me regularly with updates and advice. KFH set up many viewings, usually 3 or 4 per week, and always with feedback afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending KFH and especially the Sydenham branch.

Great experience with Sawan guiding us through the mortgage selection process. Even more importantly he continued to update our offers through changing rates. We would gladly use him again and will recommend him to our friends and family.

TrustpilotProfessional team at Streatham Hill branch
The Streatham Hill branch did a great job at selling my flat in a challenging market. They were always courteous and professional to deal with, keeping communication channels open and quickly dealing with issues as they arose (especially during the conveyancing stages). For their professional, thorough service, I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in the Streatham Hill area.

I have been using them for very long. Buying and renting. They are so good for what they are doing. Very professional. I also recommended them to my sister and rent out her flat in a week. I will keep using them.

TrustpilotPedro Abrantes
We are moving from Brazil, and Sonny, from KFH was a great mate to help us to dicide about a property that transforms this transition on a easy way. He also presented us with the neighbourhood. Actually, it is nice to see that KFH does more than business. They are doing friends..

Difficult to review when you're the buyer - you're not really the customer and certainly not paying the bill. However, everyone else dealt with was friendly, helpful and courteous. And they definitely stayed on top of the process, ensuring everything kept ticking along and politely nudging us when we were the ones being useless!Would definitely consider them when we come to sell.

TrustpilotProfessional and efficient
Professional service in terms of attitude, organisation and available products (mortgage advisors, life insurance etc.). They have a good range of clients and knowledgeable and approchable sales negotiators etc. Full confidence in the property I was selling and this was done within a couple of weeks or so of being on the market. A very positive and smooth process from my experience.

TrustpilotThe worst property maintenance company
Very poor service! I've been with them for more than 4 years and can't even remind a case solved on time and at the first try... This business is out of their capacity. Constant change of managers, any of them more and more incompetent and obviously overloaded.. STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU CAN!
