GoogleIt was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Tom (Lettings Manager) regarding the letting of our flat in Notting Hill. Tom paid particular attention to our requirements and we were amazed when he produced a tenant who fitted the bill exactly in a matter of a few days. The contracts etc. were most efficiently by Melodie. I would say to any Landlord or prospective Landlord in the Notting Hill, Bayswater area...you will not find a more pleasant and efficient team than Tom, Melodie and Megan.

GoogleThe team at KFH is by far the most professional and trustworthy team I have ever worked with. I move around a lot for work and finding a new home, often in places you have never even visited before, can be one of the most stressful things to experience. The team at KFH Bayswater and specifically the manager, Tom Foreman-Browne, are not just about the 'numbers'. They really listen, made me feel safe whilst asking questions and raising any concerns and most of all literally made me feel at 'home' with their customer service and friendly staff. They really care about the relationship as I am now even friends with my Landlord and couldn't have asked for a better match! If you are looking for a new place or trying to lease your current place and you are in Bayswater work with KFH, they are the best in the industry!

The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.

GoogleAmazing team, really professional, always ready to answer questions and trying to solve any issue that might arise while letting a house. Fore instance because of a mistake of our previous landlord we were having a bad reference, being at risk of loosing the new apartment, but our agent James promptly saved the situation communicating with our landlord (which at that time was also overseas) and the referencing agency, solving the problem. As a tenant I would highly recommend this agency, our experience with them was excellent.
