We were buyers of a property listed by Jackson Stops. We experienced some uncertainty towards the end of the conveyancing process and were nervous that the entire sale would fall apart. Living overseas and trying to sell a post-probate flat in London could have been a hugely challenging experience if it was not for the Jackson-Stops smooth facilitation in all areas throughout the process. The team were always immediately responsive to all communications and personable and professional at all times. They often went above and beyond in helping ensure we were readying and promoting the property to its full potential. The sale was slightly complicated by the buyer but they ensured that the sale went through successfully. I would also highly recommend the solicitor they recommended who worked tirelessly to get the sale through. All in all I would be hard pushed to find fault with our experience of working with Jackson-Stops and thank them for all of their hard work and support in our recent sale.

I have recently used Jackson Stops Pimlico office to sell my small 1 bed flat and they have provided a great service. Very promptly and efficiently marketing the flat and securing a buyer. The post offer sales process was however extremely challenging with a number of negotiated matters that needed to be navigated with the buyer. Hamish, in particular, used his personal rapport with the buyer to streamline the handling of these matters on a proactive and timely basis and handled the extremely challenging nature of this transaction with calm professionalism for which I thank him.
