GoogleFunctional and fully equipped apartment. Ideal location in Mayfair. Big soundproofing problem, no double glazing, constant street noise and catering.

GoogleI stayed in one of Globe Apartments flats for one month during the second lockdown in November 2020. The stay was just amazing and beyond my expectations, honestly. The flat was clean, tidy and well equipped with modern furniture. The staff was responsive and helpful too. I recommend.

GoogleOn the positive side: excellent location, clean, decent furnishings. Less than ideal: no microwave (there should have been one per description), no A/C (would have been handy in the heatwave, but knew not included), quite noisy (above a busy brasserie).

GoogleA nice comfortable little apartment, well located in central London. 10 minute walk from Bakers street underground station. Kiri was really helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

Googlebooked and paid in full, then no response or replies . Ended up with no accommodation or refund. Their office where we were supposed to collect keys is just a front with a phone number that they don't answer! do not use these people!
Lee, we can not locate you as a customer. Your description that we are just a front is a ludicrous suggestion. If you are real please call us.

GoogleThe apartment is clean and the subway and bus distance is within 2~3 minute, so the transportation is convenient.

GoogleThe worst possible agency you can find for short or long term rent. The maintenance issues never taken into account and promisses for repairs only but never materialised. The only way to have something repaired was to refuse to pay the rent. The always take a side of the landlord and are happy to ask you to vocate the flat so they can rent it again for another commission fee and offer rude and unipologetic service in all aspects. The checking and checkout fees are a joke and the office is always close on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays. If something happens you will dare to call the out of hours as they will tell you that a leak or break in can wait till Monday. This was my experience. The worst person who has lots yet to learn how to communicate or deal with paying tenants ( high end rent if 600£ per week ) is Kevin Charalambous who is rude and arrogant in most occasions. The short term flats are cheaply furnished with mostly IKEA stuff. Stay away ! Never to be repeated again

GoogleThe apartment is located a few steps away from Oxford Street and the BOND STREET train station Excellent location!!! We took the studio apartment. Very small apartment but enough for two people. It has everything you need. The staff is very kind but unfortunately did not take care of the problems we had...PositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value
