GoogleI stayed in a flat on Wigmore Street, which I was very very happy with. Really well kitted out, spotlessly clean and a superb location. Excellent value for money. Will definitely use again!

GoogleGreat apartment located in the center of London just steps from the tube station, stores, and restaurants. We had wonderful stay! Very clean and well maintained apartment, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with the dryer. Highly recommended!

GoogleI booked a property managed by Globe via Airbnb. A few hours later they refused the booking just saying “Dates are unavailable.”. I messaged them and asked if other properties nearby managed by them were available. As they didn't reply I just went ahead and booked. They never bothered replying or rejecting the booking which just expired 24 hours later. How unprofessional!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe place was perfect, very clean, kitchen fully equipped even with snacks and drinks. Washer and dryer included. Very centrally located with public transportation. One to two blocks away. Will come back and highly recommend!

GoogleStunning apartment! Spacious, bright and modern. Fantastic area, but a very busy area and so was quite noisy even at 3am. The blinds also don't close out a lot of light so I'd take an eye mask if you're sensitive to light when you sleep. Would 100% recommend staying with Globe, they're very professional and friendly and make the whole experience simple and enjoyable.

GoogleWe very much enjoyed the apartment on Chiltern Street. We found everything to be clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, in a central, safe, and interesting neighborhood. Kiri and her colleagues were great about keeping in touch and were most friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again.

GoogleWe rented an apartment on Barrett sfreet for 1.5 months. On all points I put excellently: location, cleanliness, equipment, appliances, furniture. Responsiveness, instant solution of issues. Organization, decency at the highest level. I recommend this company! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay !!! I wish the Globe team success, health and grateful clients !!!

GoogleExcellent location and neat & tidy studio apartment. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at St Christopher. Bond street station just within 2mins walk. Will definitely book again when we come back to London. Cons: staircase , no lift ; three flights of steps. Still manageable !

GoogleStarted off my tenancy well but when I moved out, I still have not been able to receive my deposit back even though I was promised. It's been over a month and still no response. Bradley Penney does not return my calls nor does the Finance Director or the Managing Director of the company. Absolute shambles and I'll be instructing solicitors to recover my deposit back
We feel that this is a somewhat skewed interpretation of the circumstances. In over 35 years in the business we have never had an award made against us regarding any deposit refunds, nor did we in this case.

GoogleGreat location and roomy apartment and fair cleanliness. However, there weren't enough standard amenities such as kitchen towels and toilet paper provided. I had to request for more to be added. Additionally, the stairs and narrow doorway made it really difficult to lug luggage up and down. I was on the second floor, but there were apartments on the floors above me, and I can't imagine having to bring the luggage up another flight of narrow stairs.
