We've got a free upgrade, and the apartment was just amazing - and so was the customer service (thanks Talitha:) Beautiful, spotless, with all comforts and amenities you can wish for. Big wardrobe for all our clothes, kitchen fully equipped, beautiful bathrooms. Excellent location near the more prestigious part of Oxford street but the apartment complex was in a lovely small street, with a little square at the end busing with life. Definitely a keeper:) I warmly recommend it, both for holidays as well as for business travels. (Not to mention the complimentary little things, coffee, water, cookies, etc)

The stay in the apartment on St. James Street was great. It has a good location, very close to Oxford Street to be able to walk to the center or take many bus or metro lines. Furthermore, the street is very good in terms of the number of restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and well decorated, nothing is missing. If I had to make a drawback, it would be the narrow and steep stairs to the apartment, although logical as it is in an old building.

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, quite spacious and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and comes with a very cozy duvet and extra blankets if needed; we didn't need them. The heating is sufficient for the size of the apartment; it has two electric radiators, but usually one is enough to be comfortable. It's equipped with a hairdryer, portable clothes rack, ironing board, iron, microwave, Nespresso machine, air fryer, oven, and refrigerator. They also provide a dishwasher, sponge, and brand-new dishcloths. In addition, they leave a welcome kit with tea, instant coffee, milk, sugar, sweetener, cookies, popcorn, and salt. Bathroom amenities include shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Highly recommended. It's very close to bus stops for several lines, allowing you to reach central London in just 20-30 minutes, and also to Camden Town Underground station. On departure day, it took us approximately 50 minutes to get to Headrow Airport. Highly recommended.

We just spent a week in one of Globe Apartments' St. Christopher Place properties. It is a great location, one block from Selfridge's Oxford St. The place is very comfortable with good beds--it is a two-bedroom unit--and the furniture is comfortable. It has TVs in the living room as well as both bedrooms. Internet is free and the TVs have a lot of stations. The place was very clean when we arrived, and they cleaned twice during our stay. Most important is that Globe responds promptly to any concerns their renters may have. We used to shop around, but lately we have rented exclusively through Globe and are very satisfied.

Pros: The location is excellent. About 200 m from Oxford St. near Bond station. The apartment we got was excellent. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and another room with a single bed. Upstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical equipment. There is also a sitting area with a large television. Disadvantages: There are many stairs to the lower part of the apartment. Inside the apartment there are additional stairs to the kitchen and the sitting area. As people over the age of 75, it was difficult for us with the stairs. During the week we stayed in the apartment, they did not come to make the beds, change the towels and did not come to clean. To get towels, toiletries or trash bags, you had to call the center. their. The TV in the bedroom did not work. All instructions and communication with the company that operates the apartments are done by remote control and WhatsApp messages

My husband and I really liked the location, close to the tube and many of London's attractions. Exit directly to Oxford street and Bond street metro station. The apartment is small, but cozy and has everything you need. The kitchen has cooking utensils, as well as a refrigerator, utensils, frying pans and pots, a dishwasher and washing machine, a gas stove and a microwave. In winter we had heating, although they turned it on for us only the next day after arrival. There is a large TV opposite the bed, in the evening you can watch a movie while lying in bed. We liked everything! There were some shortcomings, but this did not spoil the impression. Thanks to the Globe Apartments team.

Great location with access to plenty of restaurants and cafes. Less than a minute to Bond street and few steps from selfridges. The Appartment was well equipped specially I was accompanied with a baby. The real issue were: No place to store the laggages; not if you are early checking in or late checking out . The other issue was the you have to carry the stroller of the kids and you’re shopping up and down all the way through the stair steps as there’s no lift. Other than that I was very glad I chose this property .

Excellent in all respects as to the actual apartment and especially the staff. We live in Israel and our return flight to Israel on Sunday Oct 15 had to be changed to a different airline leaving at a later hour. I requested the Globe Apartment staff to allow me and my wife to occupy the apartment until we left for the airport in the early evening. The answer was a prompt "yes" , no additional charge and an expression of support for the difficult situation Israel was currently facing. What more could one possibly ask of a commercial company. Globe Apartments earned my eternal gratitude. Of course I will avail myself of its accommodations when next i visit London.

It was a good stay here at Globe Apartments. I stayed for 2 weeks, and the apartment has everything required for a family stay, like a kitchen setup, washing machine, iron, fans, etc. Room service is done once a week. I would appreciate it if they could refill the toiletries as well during the service. The location is peaceful yet close to central London.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, just a minute’s walk to the busy Oxford Street or Bond Street station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. It’s only about 25 minutes from the airport, and you can reach many of London’s top attractions in a short taxi ride or a few stops on the tube. There are countless restaurants nearby, so you’ll never run out of dining options. The apartment itself is clean, tidy, and has a fully equipped kitchen, making it a great choice for couples visiting London. Just a couple of things to note: there can be some noise at mid-night or early in the morning when rubbish is collected (especially glass bottles >.<) . Also, the entrance is a bit unusual, you need to walk through the open dining area of the restaurant to access the main door. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this apartment for its location and comfort!

I am a customer with Globe apartments since 16 years, I love their apartments because they always meet my requirements as a guest. My last stay was not the best and did not meet my expectations.. 1. Usually they bring the key to me this time they made me come over with a taxi to their office to collect the keys with my luggage and my family 2. There was problem with the water in one of the bathrooms as it was cold, they came to fix it and it became burning hot that we cannot shower directly and it was a hustle 3. Kitchen sink water outlet was blocked once you wash a glass the water fill the sink , the second bedroom size was too small for 2 people. The Location was very good. I love Globe apartment and I hope my next visit I get a better place to stay in Thank you Samar Al Aali

Location is great. Everything one needs just a few steps away (grocery stores, cafes, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.). Tube stations nearby allow you to travel to all the great sights effortlessly. If you prefer walking to those sights, it's close enough to so as well. Flat was clean and well maintained. Stayed for three weeks and had cleaning service available weekly. Noise level not an issue despite its central location. Kept the windows open at night and was not bothered. More importantly, area was very safe. Will definitely consider staying here on our next visit.

I have nothing but high praise and appreciation for Kiri and Desmond of Globe Apartments. Desmond was friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to come back on a different date/time to service the apartment as to not disturb me whilst I was on a conference call during his original visit. I have used Globe Apartments on many occasions and have never been disappointed. Easy booking, no hassle collecting keys and the apartment at 67 Wigmore Street was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location couldn't have been any better and have stayed in this area many times before. It's a no brainer - and much more convenient and flexible than a hotel. Can't wait for a return visit hopefully later in the year.
