Dear Ms Patel, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. Established in 1981, we have been one of the longest established and independently owned Serviced Apartment providers in London. Globe Apartments is committed to providing each and every guest with a positive experience and are proud of our track record in offering high-quality service. We were very disappointed to read your comments and feedback on Globe as a whole. We have thoroughly investigated your comments: The Executive Studio Apartment that you booked can only accommodate 2 guests in total and has no capacity for extra-beds, we do not market these apartments to accommodate 3 people. At the last moment, you requested for an upgrade saying you were 3 persons, not only did we facilitate your last-minute upgrade-request but also arranged an out-of-hours staff member to deliver the keys and provide assistance with your luggage to the new upgraded-apartment. You then cancelled the upgrade and returned the keys back to our staff as you decided to stay in the Executive Studio apartment that was originally booked. As a goodwill gesture, we agreed to refund the upgrade fee to you less a small administration fee. Furthermore, we were very flexible on your extension at the end of your stay tough it was cancelled by you a day before check-out. We are a little perplexed as how you perceive us as “Scammers”, as I am sure you can see from the above, we did over and above to accommodate your needs, even after hours. All being said, we are sorry that you found your experience less than ideal and we hope you‘ll give us the opportunity to prove ourselves on your next trip to London.
