GoogleAmazing service, led by Gianluca. We found a flat in 1 day. The flat was, and is, perfect in the exact spot. He heard our needs and immediately found properties to fulfil them, whilst guiding our applications through to success. I cannot fault Gianluca and his colleagues and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area.

GoogleJack Moggridge was the sales representative who helped me find my property in Marylebone. A more helpful, courteous and also professional person one couldn't hope to meet. He showed me round many properties and however dismissive I was of them he always came up smiling and with something more to view. I can't recommend Jack high enough

GoogleI have had a laughably terrible experience with Foxton’s. Avoid them at all costs. The customer service they have provided us is abusive and questionably legal. To name a few examples: - They sold us on a fully-furnished apartment during our site tour. After we committed to the flat and were forced to pay the full year of rent upfront, they removed over half of the furniture (1/2 couches, a desk, tv stand, dresser). We spent over £1,000 replacing the items that we were initially promised. When we asked for partial recompensation, they told us that we were lucky to have what we have. - One of the big selling points of our flat was that it is climate-controlled with air conditioning and heat, which is significant because the windows to the flat do not open. After nearly 7 months of living here, and countless work orders, we still have never had working air conditioning or heating. Foxton’s blames the building management, however, failed to mention that none of this worked when we moved in. - Lastly, we spent the majority of last winter without a working water heater. I went to a public gym to take showers everyday. This was another thing that was broken when we moved in. Foxton’s actually DID warn us that it didn’t work… 3 days before move-in, and after we had already moved out of our previous flat. All in all, it’s better for your mental health to not deal with these people. I would rather be homeless than live in another apartment from Foxton’s

GoogleI had the chance to deal with Jessica who is a Senior Sales Negociator at Foxtons. I found a property for my client and I have to mention that she gave extra attention to everything since the first viewing until the key holding. She was always super flexible to organise appointments for the client and very professional. I will definitively keep in touch and will contact her for another search in the area. Unique enough to take time to write a positive review!

GoogleFoxton is a housing agency you can always rely. I must admit it is a bit more expensive than others, still when you deal with Foxton you have a 100% guarantee that everything is going to go smoothly. In addition people taking you around the houses are always very friendly and supportive.

GoogleI have worked with both Tom Wilmot-Smith and head of the office, Charles Cutting, they both are very professional at what they do and at the same time give you a nice feeling that you are looked after by a friend. I would highly recommend Foxton Marleybone office.

GoogleOutstanding, professional, efficient and extremely hard-working team here - Many thanks especially to Charles, Jess, Nabeel and Sohrab in the Foxton's Marylebone Sales Team who were absolutely fantastic and are all excellent brand ambassadors for Foxtons. Additionally I was very impressed with their detailed knowledge of the local property market, ability to generate a vast number of viewings (in the toughest property market we've ever seen, during the CoVID-19 Pandemic) and the incredibly helpful & technological "Online Portal" which allows you to view feedback, upload documents and have full transparency at all times. Whether you're a seller or a purchaser, in my personal experience Foxtons will work tirelessly for you and will work in your best interests. GoogleI was searching for a property to buy for almost a year before I arranged to view a property with Sohrab Bassiri from the Marylebone and Mayfair branch. He is very kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his job. He quickly understood what we were looking for and arranged to show us a flat that wasn't on the internet yet. He ticked every single enquiry that we had and helped us to find the perfect property in just a few days. He helped us through the whole process and kept in touch to make sure everything is ok even after we bought the flat. I recommend him if you want someone caring and experienced.
