GoogleCharles Cutting and his sales team managed to get us an asking price offer for our flat where other agents could only manage well below. Professional service and able to hold a deal together, which is the part of the job most sellers take for granted. You have to pay handsomely for this service though - 3%, ouch!

GoogleHorrible company, They have forced us to sign a two years contract without a breaking clause. Agent fees are not justified at all, as we were having trouble during our 2 years there, and they weren't helpful at all.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleGiogio handles the sales of my apartment, as I am based overseas, he will call me regularly to update the status. Once the sales is confirmed, he is very proactive and follow through with the lawyers from both parties. Will highly recommend him to my friends.

GoogleSigned a 1-year lease with Foxtons for a property managed by Foxtons. Deeply regretting the decision as essential repairs are not getting done and employees are unfriendly und unreliable. Cannot recommend.
