Horrific company

I find the whole company incompetent. I had a change of occupancy and moved into a new property and the whole experience was shocking. The property was unkept and infested with mice when we moved in, before we moved in we were ignored on receiving a furniture list. The property still needs a painting as walls are stained from previous tenants. Then when changing occupancy I was not sent documents I needed to sign whilst other tenants were waiting on me wondering why I hadn’t signed. I have just found the whole experience such a stress and felt unreasonable asking for the bare minimum of a clean flat to move into. We also had to sign the same tenancy agreement 3 times due to mistakes on the paperwork.

Blatant liars - the most unprofessional service

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

I wanted to derail how you will be fooled by this kind of company, first they will tell negatives of property saying that is why buyers are not there, it depends on how you receive their message, they are fully trained in fooling people later on they take your case to seller and they try to make sure seller is excited, then they will start process of stealing your money...be careful

What an awful experience I had with this company...they come out and overinflate the rental valuation to get the deal. Then they put the property online for a lower figure without any consultation with you.They repeatedly lied, ie about the date of go-live on Rightmove, the date the photographer would attend and finally lied that they had written confirmation from me to market the property at a lower rent...

Breach their own contracts

I have been through and over and under and around everyone at this sham of a company trying to get done what is right. Part of the rent was unpaid for a month which UNDER THE TERMS OF THEIR OWN CONTRACT is grounds to be able to take back my property (it states 14 days). They replied saying that it was in fact TWO months (their contract is ilegal and wrong) and so I waited. It has now been THREE months and the amount is STILL unpaid and they are still refusing to take any action because it will cost them money. They do not care about their customers AT ALL. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I will NEVER use this bunch of clowns again.From THEIR unenforceable, false contract verbatim:The following clause details how the Landlord can regain possession of the Property if the Tenant breaches terms contained within this Agreement. The wording is required by the Housing Act 1988 (as amended) in order for the Landlord to rely on the various grounds for possession listed in Schedule 2 of that Act. For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not affect any rights of the Tenant under the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 and therefore the Landlord cannot evict the Tenant or re-enter the Property without first carrying out the correct possession procedures through the courts and obtaining a court order.19.1 If at any time:(a) the Rent, or any part of it remains unpaid for 14 days after falling due, whether formallydemanded or notOUTRIGHT LIES!!!!!
