So far our experience of renting through Dexters has been straightforward and relatively easy. Zendeca from the Battersea branch went above and beyond to get us a viewing of our perfect property, despite it being her day off and viewings having already been completed. She worked hard to get to know us so we could make the best offer to the landlords, and was responsive and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Zendeca was also understanding of our requirements and requests, and arranged some flexibility for us where possible. We love our flat and we're very grateful to Zendeca and the Dexters Battersea team for making it possible.

I've found my perfect place thanks to George! he showed me 5 properties, all quite interesting I have to say and it's so good when someone understands exactly what you're looking for and doesn't make you wasting any time. Among those 5 George immediately spotted which one was exactly "my cup of tea" and, amazingly, he did it even before me. He helped me to see all the potentialities of the new flat and guided me towards the right choice in a really professional way and above all without being pushy. Sam was invaluable in our search for a rental property in Pimlico. As myself and my girlfriend were travelling down from Manchester it was really important that we saw a good range of options throughout the day to minimise the number of trips we needed to make. Sam arranged enough viewings at a diverse selection of properties to give us a really good idea of the market and the local area which was vital to helping us establish what would work for us. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
