From a renter, there’s really nothing else more that you could ask for from Sam. He was very helpful and considerate throughout the process. And helped me find a place that I really liked in such a short amount of time. Since I work a full time job during the day, Sam made time in the evening and on weekends to show me properties, which no other agents were willing to do. He was also well connected with other tenants and landlords, which definitely helped in securing the property for me. Really appreciate the help from Sam in finding my dream flat.

I'm a landlord and I've had great delivery and service from Dexter's Pimlico branch over the last few years. Charlie Daniels was absolutely excellent in navigating some complex issues with overseas tenants during covid; and finding me new tenants very quickly. And the current Manager Elliot has delivered the same can-do and focused attitude in finding new tenants for my St James' property for 2022. I particularly like how quick and easy the process has been; I'm not bothered by unnecessary calls or details - and importantly, Elliot's and his team got me the right quality tenants and within viable time periods. Sam, one of Elliot's colleagues similarly brought a great level of positive energy and attention to detail. As a landlord, Dexters have been fantastic at managing our property, firstly recommending and securing a 25% increase in rent from last year; secondly in managing multiple repairs and a repaint in only a 6 day void period; and lastly in communicating all this despite time-zone differences. As first-time buyers previously missing out on properties to cash buyers, we had gone through the motions of dozens of viewings and offers. After falling for the flat right away, Elle was so quick to present and submit our offer form that it helped show the sellers how keen we were. Ultimately their liaison on our behalf helped ensure the sellers we were the right match for their property. Without her it wouldn’t have happened and we are so grateful. Worst experience with the agency

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.

They just don't care

Everything was fine and then we moved in. Loads of issues loads of non working or non closing doors. The fridge that was supposed to be replaced has never been replaced. All the emails have been ignored and no maintenance work has been done. Leaking roof makes living in 1 room impossible but the emails are being ignored. Calling them you only get a question how bad is it??? What do you mean how bad is it??? So for over a year there has not been any help from them. But they expect you to jump as soon as they need something. I hope its only this branch that is so incompetent and others are better.....
