Team Bobby and Ella has successfully found me the tenants in a week’s time. Within a fortnight, the business terms, letting agreement, pre-tenancy preparation, all were done efficiently, with a timely move-in. During the process, Bobby has been a customer-oriented professional, listened to my concerns and needs, and answered. He is communicative in keeping me informed, but without overloading me with unnecessary details. I felt ‘in-order’ all along, especially with the able hands of Ella, who has proactively solved the problems before they came to my attention, understood my price-range, and committed to get the pre-tenancy requirements done, even in her off-hours. This can-do spirit is much appreciated. In a word, I am pleased with the service, much exceeded my expectation. Team Bobby and Ella, thank you.

For some time I was looking for an apartment with no result through other agents, who often didn't get back to me or update me on offers. Miles Freeman immediately showed me a suitable apartment, meeting all my needs, when I contacted him. My offer was accepted, by the end of the day, due to Miles giving an honest description of my circumstances to the Landlord. Miles updated me every day on the rental process, checking that all of my application information was correctly completed. I recently moved to London and found a very nice flat in St John's Wood. I met several good letting agents while I was looking for a new home, but Miles Freeman from Chancellors was out standing among them. He didn't even say much, but he precisely understood my needs and talked to me quite convincingly. That made my decision much easier, and thanks to his professional advice, I did not lose the timing to secure the flat I moved in. He also helped me to negotiate with the owner Regarding the moving date as well as regarding furniture. I can highly recommend him as a wonderful letting agent. You absolutely would not regret to work with him.

I cannot recommend this rental. They show no respect for tenants. Our confirmed move‑in date was suddenly delayed. While the house appeared clean on the surface, it was very dirty internally, and they refused to fix pre‑move‑in defects. Countless emails and phone calls brought no meaningful resolution. Old and broken appliances, poor hygiene, and highly unprofessional customer service.
