GoogleI was recommended to Ben by a relative who had used him From start to finish he was very professional. I was selling my mother's flat and lived a distance away so never met him. Everything was done via email and telephone; but he was great in keeping me updated with what was happening. I was emailed before and after every viewing In fact he sold the flat for me within 2 weeks and 2 viewings!! cannot ask for more

GoogleWe bought a house advertised through Mison West with the purchase completing in Dec '22 and my experience of dealing with Wendy was just excellent. Throughout our search for a home we dealt with numerous estate agents from multiple agencies including on an earlier purchase that fell through. Overall those experiences were pretty poor, and I'd say even contributed to the first house falling through. We started looking again, and saw the house we ended up purchasing on Rightmove. It was in the 'wrong' area and the sole reason we ended up looking a the house was the incredible photo's Mison West had taken. After looking round we fell in love with the house and put an offer in. Unlike previous estate agents Wendy stayed in close touch with both ourselves and the sellers and was really excellent with her communication ensuring everyone was on the same page and knew exactly what was going on. She was proactive in chasing solicitors and pretty much single handedly ensured that we managed to make our completion date after a number of complications. I can honestly say that my experience of dealing with Mison West was head and a shoulders above any other agency in the area.

Wendy happily went beyond expectation, nothing was ever too much trouble and all dealings pertaining to the sale (or any other matters) were answered honestly & proficiently. Wendy dealt with prospective buyers in an equally friendly & professional manner, took time to explain every small detail, quickly answered all questions & always took time to liaise with myself after each showing... GoogleI have just exchanged on my house sale and a flat I'm buying Wendy, Ben and Eloise at Surridge/Mison have been fantastic the whole way through. On the other hand, I have veered from Crazy to even Cazier! The team there have supported me each and every step of the way. It's been challenging for them I realize! If you are considering selling, always choose Surridge /Mison above others, they have a much more personal touch (lovely office too!) If you are buying, let's hope SM are the agents who can steer you through the negotiations. PS. They found me a delightful couple who are buying my house, whom have not given me one minute of concern. GoogleWell, what can I say? I really don’t know where I’d be now without Wendy! Nothing at all is too much trouble for her. Office hours? What’s that? We’ve communicated any day of the week - unheard of I hear you say? If it hadn’t been for trying to view a property earlier in the year, I would probably never have heard of Wendy! But I can assure you, everyone I know , and especially anyone who is considering house selling, now, has heard of Wendy! I recommend her to everyone. So much so, that although too late for helping my son and daughter in law with their sale, she’s on board for their purchase! Could there be a higher accolade? From day one - viewing a property that ‘wasn’t for me’, despite her absolute professionalism, you can be forgiven for thinking you’re being guided through the highs and lows, the good and the bad of buying and selling property by a friend! Wendy treats us all with such care, professionalism, empathy and understanding. I would have been a complete nervous wreck with the awful experience I had with solicitors, if it hadn’t been for Wendy fighting my corner with me and for me! I loved my home - and Wendy made sure it was found by someone who is going to love it as much. Strange to think that one could still feel a need to make sure the right person becomes the next custodian of something you have put your heart into. And then, I have been rather pre-occupied with a health issue that I forgot to check cupboards, and Wendy came to the rescue again!! I hope Wendy has become a friend and I look forward to staying in touch! And if nothing else I’d like her to see my next adventure!! To sum up Wendy - SHE CARES!!!!
