Night and day with other estate agents. After our previous house purchase fell through due to the “dark arts” of estate agents we lost all trust. We came across another house which was better and Surridge and Mison were the ones who had the task. I was a buyer of a property SME was selling and I would highly recommend them, they are without doubt one of the best estate agents I have dealt with. What to say about Surridge Mison...they may have just saved my sanity during the process of moving homes. I cannot thank or recommend them enough. Wendy is the best agent around. She is very professional and understanding and spends as much time as required to ensure you get a service to suit you. She has accompanied all viewings on our property, meaning you do not need to get involved with this side of things, but at the same time she is more than happy to have you involved too. I would like to personally thank Wendy and her team in the efforts of selling our home. The last several months I have been going through a divorce which has resulted in an agreement that the family home would be sold and the proceeds divided.
