GoogleOver the years, we have bought or sold more than 10 houses and in our experience Surridge Mison was the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. Wendy Mison’s detailed knowledge of the local market which was well presented enabled us to offer the property at a higher price than we had anticipated. We had a buyer within a week of the property being marketed and when that person proved unable to sell her own property and we re-marketed the house, again we had a buyer within a week. Wendy and her business partner Ben Surridge were a pleasure to work with and the whole team were professional, accessible at all times and lovely people to work with, which was perfect given the stressful conditions that often exist during the sale process. We have no hesitation in recommending Surridge Mison to anyone seeking to buy or sell a house in the area.

GoogleAwful don't reply to emails ,tried putting me off buying the house to start off with. No acknowledgement of my offer. Very unprofessional. Obviously had a friend that wanted to buy the property cheaper.

GoogleManaged to complete in 4 weeks so that was good 👍, previous property wasn’t a good experience and didn’t feel well informed on that one , overall it turned out good in the end …

The owner of the estate agent did the viewing herself, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuine . I am currently acting as a buyer but if I was selling a property I would certainly trust / use this estate agent.

GoogleThe team at Surridge Mison dealt sensitively with the sale of My late father’s house in Stonecross. They gave sound advice and found the right buyer at the right time. They managed the sale process well and were good at maintaining contact. Well worth their reasonable fees.
