Lisa Neatherway’s customer service is second to none! She is always going above and beyond for her clients, at all hours of the day, including her days off! The purchase of my first property ran less then smoothly (no fault of Haarts) and was therefore a very stressful experience. Lisa was sensational throughout this whole time, working closely with every single buyer, giving us regular updates, keeping the developers honest and chasing for information on our behalf and being a point of contact for day to day concerns. Lisa should be commended for her professionalism and patience when faced with 'difficult' customers. Her level of service always maintains its highest standards, even when people are being totally unreasonable! I wouldn't go to another agent again now I've worked with Lisa, and intend to return to Haart when I come to moving on as I know I'll get a trusted and reliable service from Lisa. Lisa sets an exemplary example for all agents and is a true pleasure to work with! Haart were amazing with our flat purchase from start to finish. A very impromptu email to Lisa about viewing a potential first flat buy, and 2 months and 1 day later we had our keys and had completed. Lisa recommended an incredible conveyancer team (Beaumont Legal) and a hard working Financial Advisor (Nick at Just Mortgages - works in house at Haart) who all worked together to make it all a reality. After the purchase, Lisa has continued to support us, pointing us in the right direction for any queries we have had. I have been very impressed with the Haart team at Westcliff throughout my lengthy buying/selling process. Jake in particular has been outstanding in his professional approach and going ‘above and beyond’ his job role. An example of this was a very last minute major problem, resulting in me being told that my move was not going to happen on the day (no fault of Haart) and then Jake pulled out all the stops TO MAKE IT HAPPEN! This guy actually came round, with Harry and walked my bed round to my new property!! (one road away) amazing and excellent! Am delighted now to be in my new home! Thank you so much. Lisa Neatherway, a lady who can only be described as my actual fairy godmother. As a young woman, buying for the first time, having had one property fall through- the process has been a bit of a roller coaster and scary. She explains things in 'Aimee' terms so they seem less scary. She lets me whinge and cry down the phone and she will always have a solution and calm me down. Currently she has found me my dream place and has gone over and above to make me feel at ease and has updated me every step of the way. No question is a silly question and no time of day or night will be too much to ask. The world needs more LN's she is an absolute grafter and i don't know how i would still be sane in this process without her at the end of the phone or a last minute dash to the property on a Saturday....just so i feel happy! Taking into consideration Lisa works for Haart and my property is being purchased through Hunt Roach - as a joint partnership in the development Lisa has been incredible. Haart Westcliff are beyond 5 stars. From the start of buying our property to now we have been overwhelmed by how kind, courteous and knowledgeable the staff are here. Me and my Partner have been dealing with Lisa Neatherway as we are buying a new build and she has been attentive from the start. Lisa Nertherway has gone out of her way to provide a top quality and professional service. This includes but not limited to setting up a group Facebook account (for all parties buying in a new build set of flats - including clients who didnt purchase via Haart), communications at all times with up to date information, working out of her hours to just find information for people, complete exchanges by chasing mortgage companies, solicitors and being that annoying person asking a million and one questions to the builders and management companies on behalf of the buyer who were getting no information at all. Lisa has informed everyone of good and bad news and been professional throughout and has made it her mission to make the sale/transion go a smooth as possible. Lisa is a credit to not only to Haart but the the Estate Agent community. Lisa has gone above and beyond during this purchase which is roughly 300 new build luxury flats - some with shared ownership, investments, first time buyers or people moving up the property ladder. Lisa has treated all clients with the upmost respect and again went out of the way to provide private email information to discuss personal topics/situations.
