I’ve recently bought a property with Haart and they were amazing from start to finish, unlike other competitor agents who seemed pushy or unresponsive. Well, as a novice I require babystepping through every aspect of the house buying process - a process which is usually (balmy all accounts) one of the most stressful and anxious experiences. However I was lucky enough to to have Lisa Neatherway shoulder the lions share of the stressful leg work and tirelessly chasing solicitors and accountants and developers ensuring the sale continues to go through as smoothly as possible. As a first time buyer with my girlfriend, it has been a stressful process buying our flat. However Lisa at Haart has made the matter as clear and comprehensive as possible. She has guided us along the way and answered any questions we may have had. Taking into consideration Lisa works for Haart and my property is being purchased through Hunt Roach - as a joint partnership in the development Lisa has been incredible. Being a first time buyer moving into a new development was a very daunting process. Not knowing what to expect and due to development delays caused more stress. Finally the call came through and was ready to complete and receive my keys. Lisa from start to finish was working well over and beyond the call of duty providing updates and guidance early in the morning and very late at night to make this a smoother process for me.
