I had initially placed my house for sale with another (cheaper) local agent. Who rarely answered calls and provided simply no value in two months. During that time Harry from Haart had been persistently mailing me to have the opportunity to sell my house. Eventually I gave in, Natalie-Claire then looked after the process. Both her and Harry were always available and (unlike the previous agent - always returned my calls). Using Haart, I had one viewing, one offer in one week; the house - of course - got sold. Very easy and pleasant so most likely to use them every time now and obviously on the back of this experience can easily recommend this team. Well done Natalie-Claire and Harry at Haart. Harry’s service is second to none, he has always worked so hard for us and goes above and beyond what you’d expect from an estate agent. I had the unfortunate dealings with Jack Racey, which when my offer was accepted on a property a condition was given by Jack that " we keep this all in house" which meant the purchase would only continue by Haart forcing their in-house broker and solicitor on me. Conditional selling is illegal and really is a shameful selling tactic of pushing overpriced services on people who may be naïve to the process. If I could give 0 stars I would but Harry was nice to deal with so on that grounds 1 star is deserved. Jack appeared to be more interested in making the most money from you with little benefit for you so I would ideally avoid if possible.

First time buyer experience, Haart have been superb throughout! When I was viewing, various team members were helping me find a place that was just right and also within budget, the viewing to offer to initiating the legal process happened way quicker than I imagined it would! After this, Haart were keeping me informed and patiently explaining things/answering my "newbie to the housing market" questions which was reassuring. My 5 stars is for Haart overall but especially to Natalie-Claire, who deserves 10 stars. Despite Haart being great, my solicitors unfortunately, were not! This caused a lot of stress and delay but Natalie-Claire was exceptionally helpful at this time, chasing daily if need be and keeping me up to speed every step of the way, also tolerating my ranting phone calls that weren't actually her problem, and just in general going above and beyond to help push things through and secure the property. If for any reason Natalie-Claire wasn't available (rare), her colleagues were always on hand to help. Really can't thank you all enough! I am now a proud homeowner and recommend the Haart Westcliff branch to any first time buyer.

Ellis was helpful in valuing the property even when it was purely a valuation for our own purposes - then when we had a change and needed to sell - the whole team - Jack, Ellis, Harry and Natalie-Clare helped everyone reach a super quick sale and conclusion in everyone best interests. This is not what we found using a different estate agent last year who were only after a quick sale and not in my interests at all! I would whole heartedly recommend the team!
