Really great experience selling my home with Haart and their team. Even though they were at the higher end of fees I think it was worth every penny and I'm glad I used them! Harry, Ellis and Irina were all super helpful and informative during the viewing stages. They were honest with feedback they'd recieved and how to progress when it didn't sell as quickly as anticipated. Natalie - Claire who dealt with progressing the sale was brilliant, she kept me and my buyers updated throughout, was friendly and overall just excellent at keeping everything moving. Wish I had her on my onward purchase!

The best team around. I enquired online, spoke with Harry who arrived the next day to see the property. The photos were arranged smoothly, the property listed the next day & I have over 5 viewings booked within 24 hours. Harry kept me informed the whole way. Throughout the journey, Natalie-Claire called me at least once a week with an update. The property was viewed on Saturday morning & by Monday morning, I've sold with £10k over the asking price. We went to Haarts Westcliff after a month of another estate agent failing to sell our property and giving us poor advice. From the very first phone call, Haarts were professional and friendly. They made the entire process very easy and their communication throughout was first rate! They sold the property within a few weeks, which is when I thought they’d step back, but they didn’t. I cannot fault the service I received from Haart Westcliff. I had an awful experience with my original buyers pulling out at exchange and was devastated. Jake was so thoughtful and supportive when he made that call to tell me and since then made it his mission to ensure my flat was sold. I had a particularly difficult chain with some huge bumps in the road (not at all down to Haart) and so Jake personally handled my sales progression despite being Branch Manager. That said, the service I received from all I dealt with - Natalie-Claire, Kayleigh & Harry to name a few was excellent. I could not recommend a more professional, friendly or helpful team of agents to assist with the sale or purchase of ones property. After 20 months of Jake being on hand to call, WhatsApp, text, email or drop in on (before covid) I almost started to have withdrawal symptoms! But in all seriousness, I simply cannot fault the service I received from all at Haart Westcliff and would use them again in a haartbeat!
