GoogleI dealt with Natalie claire for sales. She is very knowledgeable and kind in dealing with clients. There are few hiccups in documentation process but she was there in every steps, informing about the situation with all the parties involved. I will deal again with her for any transactions.

GoogleEven though i didnt buy a property through haart, i cant fault Lia at all. Amazing very professional service from her. Had a good 6months of Lia keeping me up to date with properties that was close to matching my criteria and helping me so much on viewings. Cant not thank her enough. Thank you Lia.

GoogleI have found Haart (Westcliff) to be brilliant in helping me to sell my house. All of the staff that I have dealt with have been so helpful: Harry, with the initial valuation and talking me through the selling process; Ellis and Jack when showing prospective buyers round and Natalie, who keeps me updated with the sale. Jack has also put me in touch with other branches to help with my search to rent out of area and gone above and beyond when I have visited the branch, ensuring that everything is going well and that I am happy with the progress. GoogleCould not have found a better Estate Agent when trying to buy a quality flat at a reasonable price. Paula Studman is excellent with her communications between ourselves and the seller. We had a very difficult buy but with Paula's help and guidance a good result at the end. Highly recommended, the branch manager Jake is also very helpful in times when Paula was not available

Googlefirst time buyer in a block that was delayed due to tragedy elsewhere and a change of regulations, Haart have looked after us throughout, kept us informed and now 3 weeks after moving in we are getting checked on a looked after brilliant, Lisa Neatherway has been a superstar and i have no idea how she has managed all the plots in our block alone!
