Always prompt in responding to any queries and follows up with items that I have been unable to attend to. She also puts your mind at ease when I have been struggling to get hold of my solicitor!!!

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with haart right from the start. Stephanie who showed us around the property we eventually bought was lovely, really patient and answered all our many questions. Then, once we'd made an offer, Nathalie Cliar Lo was fantastic. She was always on the ball, keeping things moving and chasing up the solicitors, which we really appreciated as first-time buyers. It definitely took a lot of the stress out of the process. All in all, we were really happy with the service we received from haart and would definitely recommend them

She was so friendly, supportive, and genuinely excited for me, which made the experience even more special.
