Specifically Lisa Neatherway has been our main point of contact for both and she has been unbelievable through both processes. She spoke to me about potentially buying a property instead and sent me lots of information via email to consider. She then followed up with the rental team for me to get a call back. Thanks for your help Hannah will defo be recommending you to everyone x

The viewing included good knowledge, able to answer my questions with ease, and the agency has kept me up to date on the current state of the sale, but kept within confidence and good standards of operating. Update: May 2022 I've been working with Natalie-Claire Lo who has been a constant touchpoint and willing to directly contact my solicitor as well as the lender and their representatives to help keep the purchase on track. GoogleMe and my partner have recently been looking for a new property in the Westcliff and Southend areas and we stumbled upon this estate agents. We were both very impressed with the overall quality and professionalism of Haart Estate Agents and their regular contact and updates.
