GoogleAs a first time buyer it has been a stressful process buying our flat. After seeing many flats , I came to Haart as the last option. Lia Wilkerson at Haart has made the so simple. She guided me along the way and answered all my questions. She waited so patiently in the cold for my arrival to see the flat at Beaumont Court -Southend and gave good tour of the building and the flat. I highly recommend Haart.. GoogleHaart provided a brilliant service when selling my flat. Not only do they assist and go above and beyond to find a buyer, they hold your hands throughout the whole conveyancing process. Whenever I'd hit a brick wall with my solicitor, Haart would provided other possible alternatives to overcome an issue to speed up the conveyancing. They are very easy to get hold of as you are assigned a case manager for each stage of the process, and extremely professional.
