GoogleI called Haart at 0915 on Saturday morning to arrange a viewing in Westcliff. They told me they'd call me back after checking with the owner of the property. They didn't call me back. I called again at 1130 to find out what was going on. I was in the area and wanted to know if I could get a viewing soon that day. The woman said she'd check again and get back to me quickly. It is now Monday evening, two days later and I still haven't heard back.
Really disappointing service.

GoogleJust like to say what a fantastic job Lisa Netherway has done for us on the Beaumont Court Development. Its a shame the same couldn't be said of the developers.
Despite the fact that the development should have completed around January, Lisa has never hidden herself away and has basically took it all on herself to take all the flak due to the late completion of the property. She is always very pleasant and informative and hasn't tried to sugar coat the numerous delays. I would deal with Lisa again anytime. Her bosses are very lucky to have her. If I could have given her more stars than five I would.

GoogleOne of my pet hates is people who don't do what they say they will or don't keep you updated with things they should.
Natalie-Claire Lo from Haart Westcliff always manages to put customer service first. She brings the best of herself to work and is not fazed by difficult conversations and situations. Good customer service is so much more than just being polite, it's about the ability to see things from the customers perspective and acting on that to make a difference.

This was reassuring for us during a difficult year following my mother’s death, when we were also facing all the difficult matters of Probate etc. Since we live down in Hove and couldn’t afford to make regular 200-mile round trips, she also went out of her way to be helpful in getting meter readings, liaising with removals companies and so on, and was genuine and empathetic throughout. Overall, she made a positive difference to the experience.
