Haart have been amazing this whole process and have really gone above and beyond for us!we would definitely recommend you to everyone. GoogleWas recommended this agent when I sold my late fathers flat and was so pleased with the exceptional service ( main person I dealt with was Jake) I want to let others know. Yes I am sure you can find cheaper if you look but if you want a good service from start to finish and to kept informed throughout the various stages of the sale look no further than haart. I was very pleased with the price received, if I needed to pop into the Branch, if Jake not there - all staff very helpful. Recently i contacted Jake for advice for a friend on a completely unrelated matter - and he emailed straight back giving some great advice which has saved a lot of worry - a big THANK YOU

I knew I made the right choice by the manner in which everything was conducted. It was not just about finding a buyer, but also about dealing effectively and efficiently with the whole process. The support I received was exemplary; my phone calls always answered, viewings carried out by competent staff, weekly updates and informed of all developments (made me feel that I was a valued client). GoogleLisa from HAART was absolutely brilliant in accompanying us on the viewing of a flat over the weekend. Having been let down really badly and having to pull out of buying a house the week before, we really appreciated her being straightforward, honest, direct and practical. She then dealt with us through making an offer and having that offer accepted, and again we appreciate how she handled that process and are really pleased with the outcome. Having bought and sold through Haart previously, I have always been impressed with their professionalism and care across the whole process.

GoogleIf it wasn’t for Lisa’s extensive knowledge of the developement my sister would have missed out on the apartment of her dreams! Lisa’s helpfulness was unmatched by any other estate agent we encountered whist looking for a suitable property. She only had 15 mind to prepare for our meeting and gave us more information than the other estate agent we contacted first, and they had 10 days in which to prepare. She really did spend the time with us to ensure that the apartment we chose was going to fit in with my sisters need perfectly, even mocking up on google earth the view from the proposed balcony!!! She couldn’t have been more helpful, if there was a 10 star review I would give it to her! Well done Lisa! You are a credit to your branch!

GoogleAVOID! Found my dream place through Haart Westcliff-on-Sea, the estate agent seemed nice enough but when putting an offer on the property and having it accepted they then continued to advertise the property as for sale and accept viewings therefore causing another offer to be made DAYS after ours was ACCEPTED which threw us completely under the bus. As much as it’s legal to allow these bidding wars the way Haart went about this was in very poor taste. When I asked why they allowed another offer they expressed it was due to not arranging the soliciters yet which is because they never got back to us! (We chose Haart in house soliciters). Really heartbreaking experience especially since we’re first time buyers. 1*
Hi, We have not had this happen to a Jon Snow recently, and as this has only happened once recently I can only assume I know who has left this review and used an alias. We are so sorry that you ended up missing out on the property that you offered on. As you are aware, the vendor asked us to continue with the viewings that were already booked in when you had made your offer, and when somebody else came in with a higher offer, we are of course obliged to put the offer forward. It was purely the vendors decision to continue with the viewings and her decision to accept the higher offer. I completely accept this is extremely frustrating for you, but we did not actually do anything other than follow the instructions from our vendor. You were kept informed as soon as the other person made an offer, and were given the opportunity to increase your offer too. I'm sorry again that you missed out on this property.

GoogleWe had a great experience with the agents at Haart Westcliff from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we were a bit apprehensive about the process, but Lisa put us at ease from the moment she met us on the doorstep of the flat that would end up being our first home. Once we'd had our offer accepted, we were guided through the rest of the process by Jake and Natalie-Claire, both of whom were friendly, helpful and totally on top of the whole thing.

FacebookFree Advice - Avoid at all costs I really wouldn't even know where to start with the number of issues I had with this company. They will sell you a dream service and tell you what you want to hear, but when it comes down to the crunch forget it, i had a store manage who was meant to deal with my case, i had to go into the branch in the end to get an up date because he wouldn't return my calls. Avoid this company at all costs, you will find cheaper and better service online, i can promise you that much and it will be less stressful then dealing with this lot.
