GoogleRESPONDING TO HAART’S FURTHER RESPONSE 09/09/21: So, I received an email titled 'New correspondence from Haart', with no reference to the property in question other than an attachment via a link. I admit I thought this was a round robin email, hence me asking Jake to remove me from the mailing list. I did not open the attachment until now & can see the offer rejection. Going forward, please make it clearer to your clients what you are emailing about - it would make sense to include the property detail within the subject title & a PDF attachment to the email instead of via a link (which some people may avoid opening due to thinking it's spam), especially if an offer has been accepted! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ RESPONDING TO HAART’S RESPONSE 07/09/21: I did not receive emails or phone calls. The last email received was pre visit on 23/08/21. If I had received emails or phone calls post offer, I would never have left the review!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Not one to leave reviews, certainly not poor ones. But very disappointed with Haart on this occasion; put in an offer of the asking price on a property last Friday, was told I would hear back either that evening or as it was late, the next day. We are now at Thursday, nearly a week later, still no response & the property is now sold STC! Everything happens for a reason as they say & we’ve since had an offer accepted on another property with a different estate agent. I suspect it is common practice & this one has simply slipped the net, but in future, Haart, remember to call back interested parties regardless of whether their offer has been accepted or not!
RESPONDING TO CALLUM'S RESPONSE.......Hi Callum, an email was sent to you confirming that the offer had not been accepted and you responded to it, saying that you would like us to remove you from our mailing list. Again, I'm not sure what happened with the phone call, so would again like to apologise for that ORGINAL RESPONSE......Good morning Callum I am sorry that you feel that there was a lack of communication regarding your offer. From what I can see on the notes, Ara did try to make contact with you the next day to advise about the offer, and also this was followed up with an email advising that the offer was not accepted. I’m not sure why the call did not come through to you, and admittedly another attempt should’ve been made by us to discuss this with you. I am pleased to hear that you have had an offer agreed, and wish you all the best with your purchase.

GoogleThe team at Haart have been brilliant and very proactive especially Kayleigh as she has been nothing but helpful and found a flat perfect for me. Jake has also been great with constant updates and chasing the solicitors for me. I would definitely recommend using Haart.

GoogleWhat an absolute breath of fresh air! Everyone knows how stressful and complicated buying or selling a property can be and I have dealt with many different estate agents past and present both buying and selling. What an amazing experience this has been the agent dealing with my application for a shared ownership property is called Irina and I cannot praise her enough. Nothing has been to much trouble for her and any concerns or worries I've had have soon been resolved. Irina has helped me filling out forms answering any questions and putting my mind at ease. Not once has she made me feel like she was too busy to speak to me like a lot of agents do. She has held my hand right from the start and what an assett she is to the company. She has a beautiful personality and it has felt like I've had a friend helping me it's been so easy and that is all thanks to her kindness patience and understanding.
