GoogleMartin & Co made the entire process straightforward and pleasant. From booking my viewing to getting the keys it was all professionally done. But what really impressed me the most was their communication. They were so good and quick in getting back to me whether it was to update or answer any of my questions. GoogleI've just echanged on a property being sold through Martin and Co after only two months of the first viewing. So pleased with how quick it's been! From the start Sally really listened to what we wanted and showed us 3 properties that were exactly what we were looking for. Then we were mainly dealing with Kim and Lewis who were great at keeping us up to date with the purchase and really nice people to deal with!

GoogleBooked an appointment for today for 2:30, walked all the way there with a 2 month old baby only to be left in the cold. Rang up to find they’d let the property and not even have the decency to tell me. Disgusting customer service.
Dear HB, I am sorry to hear about the viewing was cancelled on Friday. I have subsequently read your google review this morning and completed an internal investigation. In the office all calls are recordered for training and monitoring purposes we did leave you a voicemail at 09.42 on Friday ( I can email you a copy) and recommend others you could view. I do understand it must have been annoying walking to the property in the cold with a young baby. I have two other 2 bed houses coming on this week that I will prioritise you for, can you give me a call in the office to arrange and to see in your heart if you would be kind enough to remove the review. GoogleHaving carried out various construction tasks on behalf of Martin and Co from a dripping tap to a bathroom replacement they always have the tenants thoughts at heart. From the tenant calling to report an issue to the issue being sent to us is very smooth and responsive and rectified as soon as humanly possible. Keep up the good work Martin and Co lettings team!
