GoogleThe whole experience with Martin & Co was great from the start to the end. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful Estate Agent. The whole team was superb and would always willing to help and advice. I would absolutely recommend Martin & Co and surely would do some more business with them In the future.

FacebookAmazing service! Used Martin & Co when looking to rent in the area. Moved from up north so the though of moving was already dawnting. Becky showed us around a few properties and was super helpful and amazing!! Made us feel really relaxed through the whole process and always kept us up to date. Also Any time we have had an issue they have resolved it straight away which is hard to find now a days!

GoogleBooked an appointment for today for 2:30, walked all the way there with a 2 month old baby only to be left in the cold. Rang up to find they’d let the property and not even have the decency to tell me. Disgusting customer service.
Dear HB, I am sorry to hear about the viewing was cancelled on Friday. I have subsequently read your google review this morning and completed an internal investigation. In the office all calls are recordered for training and monitoring purposes we did leave you a voicemail at 09.42 on Friday ( I can email you a copy) and recommend others you could view. I do understand it must have been annoying walking to the property in the cold with a young baby. I have two other 2 bed houses coming on this week that I will prioritise you for, can you give me a call in the office to arrange and to see in your heart if you would be kind enough to remove the review. GoogleBuying my place with Martin and Co was pretty smooth sailing. Kim (move manager) was great at keeping things moving. She was great at checking in and was able to chase things up with the Solicitors and the sellers. We exchanged in 8 weeks :)

Once in the property we reported a few issues that needed addressing to which they responded to and sorted out very quickly! Couldn't be happier with the work put in by all the staff.
