They are a very professional yet very friendly and accommodating team of staff that have always been very helpful and quick to resolve any issues or questions we've had. We're very happy with the service we've been receiving from Martin and Co and hope to continue to use them as our letting agent..!

Allowed us as much time as we needed to look through the property, found out answers to the questions we had there and then for us and was friendly and helpful throughout the viewing process. GoogleMartin & Co have been great throughout the sale process, and despite the house being on the market for a while (a quirky property so required a certain buyer), M & Co remained determined to get us sold. They were dedicated and supportive and when we finally found the right buyer, they kept clear communication channels throughout and were very supportive to getting our move sorted asap. Couldn’t fault the help and support so strongly recommend!

Before Martin & Co took over, our selling experience went off to a turbulent start. However, as soon as Martin & Co took over, our experience quickly changed. They were attentive throughout, and despite the complexity of our home and the difficult market, viewings were consistent and the communication was great. They stuck at it, with a lot of persistence. We’re thankful that we are now under offer, and without the support of Martin & Co it’s something we feared we’d never get it.

GoogleEarlier this year, I rented out my first home. When I first started the process, I had no idea if it was even a viable option for me. When I reached out to Martin & Co Westbury, they were friendly, patient with my many questions and couldn't have been any more helpful than they were. Throughout the process, they've been really supportive (even when there were hiccups with my personal mortgage admin), have organised everything promptly and kept me informed along the way. I feel they've genuinely helped me experience as little stress as possible. I feel that my home will be well looked after and I hope my tenant has the same positive experience with them
