CJ Hole was the agency that sold the apartment to us and they went above and beyond even with our slow conveyancer. They made sure to follow up on all issues between the seller and us and helped with a mortgage advisor. Even though it was a long process, CJ Hole made it more bearable. I’m not going to lie, the whole experience of selling my leasehold flat was more stressful and delayed than I could have ever imagined. BUT, none of that was to do with CJ Hole and the wonderful Lorraine B. She was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative the whole way through as we ploughed through various hurdles. We have recently sold our property through CJHole. Tim initiated the sale and his advice and guidance at the outset was excellent. Thank you to Holly for managing the viewing and negotiating our sale. Once a buyer was found the sales progression was passed to Kate who we cannot thank enough, we had a number of setbacks and at times didn’t think the sale would go through, Kate kept on top of things throughout and offered sound advice and support. Genuinely really pleased I chose CJ Hole over other estate agents to sell my place in Sea Mills. I’m sure this doesn’t happen very often, but they spotted an opportunity to sell my place to someone who was previously planning to move up the road (it had fallen through). That meant I didn’t even have to put it on the market or deal with viewings - which was a huge help as I work full time and have young kids, so keeping the place tidy was not my forte! When things got a bit difficult towards the end both Kate and George were always there to see if they could resolve and work out what best course of action was. Highly recommend and would use again (though hoping not needed for many years to come!)

Kate was very approachable and personable and dealt with our purchase well. She kept us updated throughout - even with a tricky situation at the top of the chain. Our only request would be that CJ Hole develop an online system and dashboard for buyers so that we could check for updates ourselves.
