GoogleThe most unprofessional real estate agency! Booked a view wasting one hour to get to the property, waiting and waiting nobody arrives. At the phone a very arrogant lady with no manners letting me know that it been let the property but didn’t bother to even give a call to let me know! Poor service .. will never contact them again. Don’t waste your time

GoogleWe have had a very professional, honest and efficient service from the team at Winkworth's, commensurate with their reputation as one of the premier estate agents in Bournemouth, and all of this in a totally broken rented housing market. It seems even referencing is broken and changed and they explained and helped us with understanding what was/is going on.

GoogleOur experience with Winkworth was very professional. We were buying from out of the area so Patrick had to organise things for us when we were local and even met with us on a Sunday when required. Cannot fault them- all the other staff were as helpful and we will certainly contact them again when my relatives decide to move down. Thank you

GoogleOverall, I've had a good experience moving with Winkworth. They are responsive and have answered any questions I've had. The moving in process was easy. Though some information on the Rightmove listings could be clearer so make sure to check with an agent when viewing a property, this could just be a Rightmove issue. I can't yet comment any further than the moving in process in terms of deposit, property viewings etc.

Fast to respond to emails - Alex and Katy work extremely well alongside each other to ensure the process is executed in a professional and efficient manner. Alex even made the effort to arrange for the keys to be put in a key safe to save me a journey across Bournemouth to their offices to collect them. It's the little things like this that make a huge difference.

GoogleWill and Katy from the Westbourne office handled my offer, and subsequent move into, a fabulous rental property overlooking the beach - extremely well.From the start I found Will very professional and communication was always fast and informative. Once Katy took over the actual move in and inventory process was seemless and all queries were dealt with quickly including fixing the cooker hood which was found to be faulty once we’d moved in. Great service from both of them and I would definitely work with them again. Good job guys!
