GoogleWinkworth is the best letting agent in Bournemouth. I rented my flat with them during the COVID lock down without any problems. The check in process was very smooth. Prompt response from the team regarding any queries. Alex did his best to make myself and my family feel comfortable. Excellent communication. GoogleVery bad service refused to fix the property that I was in and kicked me out as I didn’t pay rent and Iv asked them to fix the property since January 2023 so I’m giving them a one star and a very bad review

As you are aware, the maintenance issues were looked into and were not as reported. As you have stated, you did not pay rent and Landlord could not afford for you to stay when you were not paying any rent for many months. GoogleWinkworths Westbourne have been the best estate agents I've ever used. Rob Hanwell, our agent is so professional and efficient. He's always available over the phone and he really goes above and beyond. Ben Jesty has also been so helpful during this process and is always available to give good advice. It's been by far the best experience I've had with an estate agent and I would throughly recommend them!

GoogleSo happy with the flat I've rented via Winkworths. I absolutely love it and the service from viewing the flat to completing the tenancy was amazing. Ive just had a problem with the dishwasher and it was sorted immediately. Their communication is second to none and if I ever have to move again (which I hope I dont) I will certainly be going back to themPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAlex and the whole team at Winkworth brilliantly manage a property for me. They are highly responsive and professional. They sort out all the compliances, certifications and rent collection without me having to do anything - it just happens. When something breaks at the property Winkworth have an endless supply of good value tradespeople who they call in quickly. My tenant is well looked as is my investment.
