GoogleI have been with wink-worth for a few years now they are really helpful and quick responding with any issue related to the property. Also with covid and a job loss they helped me with a couple of missing months of rent, I would advise anyone to use them.

GoogleDreadful experience. Poor tenants, who trashed the property. Profuse apologies from Katy at the end don't really make up for the fact they failed to carry our basic inspections and manage the property for the fee paid. Tenants fell behind with rent and this was never properly flagged. Winkworths didn't seem to know when tenants were due to vacate at the end. Tenants stayed on anyway after the tenancy had expired, as Winkworth seemed to take their side. Icing on the cake was collecting the keys at the end and the Manager asking about "damp issues in the bathroom" as if it was my fault. Had they actually carried out an inspection this was a simple dripping pipe. It cost me hundreds of pounds and 2 months work to rectify a 3-bed Terrance house in BH14 property which was completely refurbished top to toe at £40,000 cost before being handed to Winkworths. I have all details, notes of conversations and calls. Happy to share if they would like to contact me.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

They did a great job marketing and finding the right tenants who moved in within a week of seeing the flat with no hassle (for me). GoogleMyself, my brother and my partner were looking for a long time for a letting throughout the pandemic, we ended up finding a gorgeous home through Winkworth! throughout the tenancy we received professional and timely responses and they were always willing to help us resolve any issues we had. When it came to checking out they were friendly and helpful and made the process alot easier for us! I had a terrible experience with another local agent in the area a couple years back, but Alex, Will and Katy and the rest of them at Winkworth have put my faith in lettings again, would definitely recommend! :)
