GoogleVanessa was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. She was with us though our sale every step of the way, keeping us fully updated. She was patient in the long drawn out process of obtaining probate. She went the extra mile with some of the things it was difficult for us to do living some distance from the property.

It was a long and tiring process for us and now that it is completed I would like to express my gratitude to KFH team. First and foremost I would like to thank Laura Maikovaite for walking through this journey with us. I would like to point out that I found your insight into your work, positive attitude and tireless work you have done amazing. You were professional throughout your conduct, very dedicated and easily approachable. Even though we had so many hiccups and set backs through out the process (due to vendors living down under, different time zone, tenants, cover-19 etc.) all was well organised and communicated thanks to you. You answered all our questions, listened to all our concerns and never made us feel that we were taking up your time and that you were in a rush or should be elsewhere. We always felt as if we were your top priority. Even when you were on your days off, you still organised our second viewing and arranged us to meat your colleague Sophia instead. She was professional, punctual and very approachable. I would consider your team to be lucky having a dedicated team member like yourself. You have very good interpersonal and communication skills. GoogleI highly recommend the West Wickham branch of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. In particular, Laura Maikovaite and Charlene McGarry. Charlene was involved from the beginning, dealing with the valuation of our property and continued to oversee the whole process. Laura dealt with the nitty gritty details of the sale and kept in constant contact with us. Our move did not go smoothly, on the day we were due to exchange contracts our buyer pulled out. I was devastated by this turn of events but Laura and Charlene acted extremely quickly and got us several viewings on the same day that our buyer pulled out. One of these viewers became our new buyer and from that point things went very smoothly. I was very impressed with the whole service, especially the ability of the team to pull together and act when things do not go to plan. I found the team to be professional and efficient and also kind and supportive and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had all the high street agents in to value my property, too be honest I was starting to lose the will to live until I met Charlene the manager of KFH West Wickham, what a breath of fresh air, so instructed Charlene, and straight away was called by the sales staff Laua and the superstar Vanessa, they both came round so they knew what they was selling, 9 days later, offer accepted over the asking price, Vanessa dealt with the progression of the sale, and at all times she was professional, delivered excellent customer care and a real genuine desire to work for her client (me). Buyer was a bit awkward, but Vanessa showed her skills and we exchanged today, what they didn't know is that I have been in the industry for 35 years, hence this review. Well done Vanessa, probably the best estate agent on West Wickham high street. Don't believe everything you hear about KFH, they do exactly what they say they will do.

GoogleI signed up with KFH 3 years ago to find my next home. Vanessa was adamant that she would find me my dream home. After several viewings with much disappointment as I could not find the right home I gave up but vanessa never gave up. She got to know what I was really looking for in a new home and contacted me when she had something that she knew I would be interested in. Her upbeat positive attitude is infectious. She is diligent, conscientious and tenacious. She follows through and keep you informed at all times. Needless to say, as Vanessa promised 3 years ago that she would find me my dream home. GoogleVanessa is an exceptional member of staff. She was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying a property through KFH @ WW. We were kept up to date daily with the progress. When the buyer decided not to sell we were devastated but Vanessa used her skills to reassure us that things would get better. Vanessa hunted fruitlessly to find us an alternative property and was always on hand to show us the properties on offer. We really wanted Vanessa to find us a property and get the sale, however, being registered with umpteen agencies another estate agent managed to find us a property that we were completely happy with. Thank you Vanessa for all your hard work.

GoogleI was buying a property through KFH in west Wickham and was dealing with Laura and Charlene. I cannot convey enough how helpful and proactive they both were in ensuring that this was pushed through and regular updates were provided in order to ensure that everything was progressing. In an environment where communication is key and others sometimes fail to understand the importance. Laura and Charlene were always available anytime I called and if out would call me back as soon as they had the chance which was very reassuring. I would certainly recommend buying or selling any future properties through KFH West Wickham due to the high level of service which was provided. Thanks again.

GoogleI can not recommend Laura from west wickham branch enough. She is one of the nicest estate agents we have ever come across and made our first house buy seem so easy and straight forward. She was very easy to reach whenever we needed her and put us in contact with one of the best solicitors. From viewing the property to completion took us just over 1 month and that is thanks to her efficiency. Would like to take this occasion and thank her for her 5 star service and all her help.

Laura, Charlene and the team worked tireless to get this house sold, and even after a couple of set backs they still continued with the same energy as before. GoogleWe received a truly five-star service from KFH West Wickham. We used them on both our sale and purchase. Laura was excellent, leading on both transactions and working extremely hard to make both processes run smoothly. We felt that she really went above and beyond. She was proactive at liaising with others in the chain and always kept us well informed and up to date. She remained positive throughout the process but at all times managed our expectations. GoogleUpdated for 2024. Have today Exchanged Contracts on a sale of our house in Shirley. The entire team at Kfh goel beyond expectations. SEAN AND LAURA are simple the best and there no estate agent in this area I'd ever choose to work with other than Kfh. Professional, human and great to work with. The. Solicitors as usual dragged heels and there were some delays along the way, but KFH kept us up to date, informed and pushed to progress. They are great.. Excellent team and A+++ My last review.... Completed today!!! We were a client of KFH for nearly 9 months. They helped us find our perfect home, dealt with all our silly questions, marketed our house for sale and then again to rent. Fantastic service all the way through. Professional yet very friendly at the same time. They have felt at times like part of our family. All of the them are amazing - special mentions to Vanessa, Lindsey and Laura.

I was kept informed on a daily basis (even it is was a one line email to say they had chased XYZ) which I found very important and useful. They worked with me and remembered along the way that I was their client so I was to be put first at all times. Google5 stars is an understatement. Words simply cannot describe the level of service and work ethic demonstrated by the team in KFH's West Wickham branch, most notably by Vanessa and Lindsey as they are who my wife and I dealt with the most. It was our first experience of purchasing a property, which is a daunting prospect as it is, where we realised how special Vanessa is. We had an offer accepted on a property and the sale was rocky as it was as the seller was selling from abroad. During this time Vanessa was extremely helpful in chasing the seller and ensuring all possible hold ups were at a minimum. The property then got repossessed which is where the service element truly shone. Vanessa and Lindsey did everything they can to ensure we had the best possible chance to still acquire the property, making numerous calls on out behalf and putting in good words with all the important people. Cut a long story short, 7 months later my wife and I have finally exchanged and there is no way in the this world would this have been achievable if it weren't for the tireless work that Vanessa and Lindsey did behind the scenes. I could not speak highly enough of both you, and the entire branch for that matter, for you efficient, friendly and determined approach.
