GoogleThe entire team at KFH in West Wickham have been professional, caring and really excellent in communication with us. Sean has been particularly involved and his calm and personable approach has been much appreciated. Selling my father's house, where I had grown up, was an emotional thing to do and the human touch, with a sprinkling of humour has really eased the way. The team strived to negotiate the best price in the current market and the foot fall during the sales period was good. I would highly recommend KFH West Wickham to anyone looking to put their property on the market. Thank you team for all you have done!

GoogleI recently had a house in Shirley for sale with a Shirley agent, but was not happy with the service and the lack of offers. A friend of mine recommended Laura at KFH, and finally I switched agent. Laura had the house under offer within two days, and significantly nearer the asking price. I only have good things to say about Laura and her team. Amazing service, thank you so much to all of you from one very grateful customer.

GoogleSean from the West Wickham office is by far the best estate agent we have dealt with. Despite us not being KFH's client, it felt like we were! We received outstanding service from Sean and his team throughout our transaction. The communication was transparent and on a regular basis which helped keep us at ease whilst purchasing our property in West Wickham. GoogleMy elderly mum was selling her house in West Wickham with the help of Laura and the Team at KFL. I was helping her from abroad and cannot thank them enough for all their kindness and support they gave to mum during a stressful time. The sale went through very efficiently with ease and without a hitch. Their communication was excellent. I feel they went above and beyond with their services and would highly recommend them.

GoogleI wasn't looking forward to the whole selling the house thing, but I needn't have worried. Laura, Harry, and the rest of the team were professional, efficient, and hugely importantly kept me informed as to what was going on. There are always delays, or periods where you wonder if anything is happening but I had regular emails and phone calls from the team keeping me up to date with the progress. I can recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleLaura Maikovaite Was Great during the whole process of sale. Easy to reach on the phone, email, especially on WhatsApp. She chased both the solicitors to make sure the process goes smooth and quick. Everything went step by step smoothly. She was able to find us buyer and secure the sale. I tried other agents before I came to Kfh and Laura and Jordan was able to secure the sale. Very polite calm and always happy to reply to all my questions. never sounded fustrated or rude. Great work/service by KFH West Wickham. At the end Laura was great help and I finally sold my New Build House. Although Matthew Stanway, manager at Kfh west Wickham promised me that he will do Staging pictures for the house but he Didn't do it right away. Which was kinda let down coz after the staging pictures we got many viewings. If he had done this early as he promised we might have sold it sooner

GoogleKFH West Wickham Branch helped us buy our new property. Laura and Hari have been amazing and we have had a great experience with them. Initially Hari helped with getting our offer accepted and then kept us updated with the progress trying to speed up things. Towards the latter stages, Laura was awesome in keeping us fully updated which helped us know throughout what was happening. She is really good in her job and we were very happy. I would highly recommend going to KFH West Wickham branch if you are buying a property in that area.

GoogleI would highly recommend KFH West Wickham. Laura and Sean made the process of buying my home so straight forward, constantly keeping me updated. If it wasn’t for Laura encouraging me to turn round whilst I was sitting in traffic I probably wouldn’t have got the opportunity to put the offer in on the property. Can’t thank Laura and Sean enough.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on a property in West Wickham. Laura Maikovaite was friendly, efficient, organised and had great communication skills. If Laura is involved, the job gets done, very well and always with a smile. I knew exactly what was going on with my sale and purchase every single step of the way. I heard from her at 7am and 10pm. Nothing was too much trouble. She even came out of her way to meet at us at the property on her day off and after hours. She works extremely hard, stern but fair, and always with care and compassion for all parties involved. Seems to have a solution to any problem or hold up. Credit to the company and West Wickham area. Myself and my whole family being local, everyone seems to know Laura and I haven’t come across anyone who hasn’t sung her praises. GoogleWe sold our house in Shirley with KFH in West Wickham and they were absolutely amazing. The team really care about you and they all knew the importance of doing everything in their power to look after the customer, even when thing are not going smoothly. We had a particular challenge with our sale as we had a deadline (due to a relocation abroad) which would have meant that if we didn't sell the house in time, we would have to rethink our relocation plans as a family. However, Laura was excellent, first in securing a buyer in very short time of being on the market (a few days); and then by navigating between the relevant parties to ensure that the various parts of the process, up to completion, met the deadline. Selling a house can be stressful, even more so when you have a deadline - but Laura and colleagues at KFH make the end-to end-process so seamless regardless of the inevitable bumps that you may occur along the way. Would highly recommend - worth every penny!

GoogleIt was a great experience for our first house with Laura and team from KFH. They were completely professional throughout and Laura was extremely proactive in letting us know of the progress at all times. Buying or selling a house can be a long drawn out and exhausting process. Especially when you don’t get regular updates. We didn’t have any such issues with Laura who was always reachable and kept us in loop on what was going on with the process. From always being on time to show us around the house to nudging everyone to keep the process moving, it was a fully smooth experience from Laura for us. We will certainly use their services again if required.

GoogleWe've just sold and purchased via KFH and Laura at the West Wickham branch has been incredibly reliable throughout the whole process. Not only did she manage to get an approved offer on our property after the first viewing, but she also did a huge amount of leg work in moving things along. The nicest thing about the process was that Laura does not come across as a pushy agent at all, and her calm but very effective style is very reassuring. I've already said that I'm never moving house again, but I'd happily recommend KFH West Wickham, and especially Laura to anyone looking to sell in the area.

She takes alot of pride in making sure she understands exactly what I am looking for and then suggests a handful of properties to view based on this.
