We recently sold my father’s house in West Wickham through KFH, after he moved into a care home. Laura and her team were extremely professional throughout, very friendly and polite, and very easy to work with. They had no problem at all getting viewings, communication was excellent, and we were kept fully updated at all stages. Thanks in particular to Sean and Harry for their work in progressing the sale. The buyer was keen to complete the sale before a stamp duty increase, and we were really pleased that we were able to achieve that, despite only very limited time from offer to completion. Have not given 5 stars as some of the communication / follow-ups by the team were not as professional as we would have liked and added to a stressful situation when we would have appreciated a more experienced touch.
