GoogleOn initial valuation the team were extremely kind and passionate about our house. They listened to everything we had improved and made sure to emphasise this on viewings. It was refreshing to have an agency so dedicated and knowledgeable about a property they are selling. Due to failed onward purchases etc it took a bit longer to sell, they never gave up and even helped us find an amazing property. If you are looking to sell I would recommend them, they are all very knowledgeable in their field and when viewings take place I would recommend Jane to hold them as she could sell sand to the desert! They are great and once we have finished renovating our new home we will have them back to value just in case we fancy another go around. GoogleWe were very well looked after by Robert Luff and particularly by Susan Lee, our Sales Progression agent, who was always communicative, helpful, reassuring and pro-active during the sometimes stressful process of buying our home. We had a less positive experience of our solicitors - Eric Smith. This is the firm that was recommended to us by Robert Luff and we used them because it seemed simplest, but I would recommend doing some research and using a different firm, as we found them to be pretty disorganised and unresponsive. Overall though, a very positive experience of Robert Luff - and thank you Sue!
