We had 5 viewings today with 3 different agents. Harvey took us on two viewings this afternoon and his service was above and beyond any other agent we dealt with. He took an interest in us as viewers and was knowledgeable on the properties. Thank you Harvey a credit to Robert Luff. We have since purchased a property through Robert Luff and our main contact has been Max. Max has been brilliant throughout supporting us to progress the chain to enable a quicker move before the arrival of our child. Max has always responded timely, been professional, helpful and friendly and actioned requests made. He even went above and beyond wishing us congratulations when on his own annual leave. Should we move again Max has made us want to use Robert Luff as an agent.

Jack, our negotiator at Worthing, has especially ensured that the whole selling (and buying) process has gone very well and that we have been informed as to what is happening. Our story covers the sale of a retirement apartment in Worthing. This is a very difficult market to sell in for a number of reasons. We inherited the McCarthy Stone property from my sister and after failing to sell with another agent came to Robert Luff on recommendation from a friend. Signing up with Mark and at a favourable rate was easily done. Unfortunately we lost our first sale through the bereavement of our buyer following a fall, and our second sale fell through after seven months in the process because this buyer just decided to pull out. Finally we managed to get a sale that went to completion, for which we are extremely grateful. So we were with Robert Luff for quite a period of time and they have always been helpful and efficient, doing their very best for us, but above all friendly. I particularly want to thank Jade and Dom who were our Sales Progression team. Having them as mediators was so helpful and we felt that we always knew what was happening along the journey. However we must also thank the rest of the team in the office who were exemplary. Cheers guys!

I honestly can’t recommend Luke Mills at Robert Luff & Co in Worthing enough. I literally popped in on a Tuesday to chat with him about a house I really wanted, and by the Wednesday of the next week, we’d already accepted an offer on our flat and got our offer on the house accepted too. It all happened so quickly, and it’s completely thanks to Luke. From the start, he was calm, clear, reassuring, and just really lovely to deal with. Also very funny! He made everything feel straightforward and smooth, even when I was having multiple mental breakdowns a day. He clearly knows the market inside out, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the best job possible for his clients. I felt really supported throughout, and so grateful to have someone that switched-on and proactive handling things. It made such a difference. Robert Luff have to be the worse…

Robert Luff have to be the worse company that I’ve ever dealt with. I telephoned them about a property advertised to let in Tarring and spoke with the lettings manager. I was told that a couple of people had been seen by the owners but no decision had been made about their suitability for the property. I asked to be kept updated. After a couple of days I again contacted the agents and asked to speak with the lettings manager, as he was the only person who was dealing with the property in question. I was told that he would call me back in an hour as he was out of the office. No call back. Over the course of the following 5 days I phoned them 3 more times and was told that he was either on another call or in a meeting. 2 weeks later I still have not been called back. I emailed the company director to complain 7 days ago and have not received any response from him either. An annoyingly, unprofessional and disrespectful company.

From the Team arranging viewings and showing us numerous properties, providing us in depth information about the properties with viewed and their polite and professional manner throughout. The whole team at Robert Luff were really professional and gave great advice from the outset. We couldn't have asked for a better sales team. They promoted and sold our house to buyers by really bringing out the best features of our property and made us feel like they were really working on our behalf. The team has very strong communication skills and they always listened too. Both supportive and friendly in such a stressful process. We were given great advice on how to deal with the offers on our property and great awareness of the market. Our brochure looked fantastic and a brilliant photographer with attention to detail, every agent had a copy of our spec when showing our house and were very knowledgeable about our house. Our sales progression assistant Jade was fantastic and kept us fully updated. My case was handled by Jade Clapham and as a first time buyer perhaps I don't have the greatest frame of reference, but she was absolutely fantastic! Amazingly devoted and kept me laughing through the whole thing which was definitely needed - we had some delays from the seller's solicitors which was completely outside our control but Jade kept positive throughout. Harrison showed us four properties to buy in Worthing one afternoon last week. He had arranged the appointments so we could walk between each one easily and he arrived bang on time to show us around.
