absolutely shocking agents. tried to view a property and was told I would get a call back twice from the agents dealing. didn't happen! chased twice and told agents out of office or busy. then get told all appointments booked. still no call back. unprofessional cowboys stay away from them and use a more reputable company based on their real reputation rather than superficial gracious comments. shocking service

This agent is the type that has given state agents their bad reputation. They lack morality and will openly lie to buyers and vendors. They do not match potential buyers to the property but instead just get people through the door whether they are suited to the property or not. Their marketing is always the same and the open day is their standard approach, regardless of whether it's really the best approach. They charge low commission but tie you in to a 10-week lock in - pretty much any idiot can sell a house within 10 weeks. They simply love getting instructions and boast they have the most on the market but that's their pile it high, impersonal approach. Didn't work for us. Please also be aware there are highly questionable reviews on here. The review from Susan Lee is highly dubious as is the one from Regan Hartigan. Susan used to work for Robert Luff as their sales progressor and Regan as a sales negotiator. Odd how they have noth recently left reviews despite the fact Susan lives near Bexhill and not Worthing.
