GoogleUnbelievably poor service, I’m sure they will try and sweep it under the carpet but they know how poor they’ve been. If they want to deny wrong doing that is fine, I have everything documented from dates/times and I am currently contacting head office to inform them of our experience of the Chichester branch.

TrustpilotAwful service
Asked them to visit, value and discuss a sale. They failed to provide what was requested and generally came across as slippery. After telling them I wasn't interested and requesting removal from their database they have continued calling me for years.

GoogleIt was a very good experience. All members of staff were attentive, knowledgeable and reachable. India stayed on top of the job at all times of the day and picked up the stitches dropped by the other side's team with unfailing cheerfulness and efficiency.

GoogleAppalling service. We got completely ripped off by the lettings department who failed to respond when we had problems at the property and when the deposit was due to be returned they knocked us from pillar to post until effectively offering half the deposit back even though the WHOLE property had been completely redecorated whilst we were living there. The property had been listed for nearly 13 weeks before we moved in because it was in such poor condition Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Countrywide and King & Chasemore. Lesson learnt!

Manager never in when I telephoned. Many lies told, no customer service, even when I raised some on going issues as a complaint. It did not bother anyone that potentially I had lost almost thirty thousand pounds, when too aborted sales came and went, and nobody showed the slightest bit of concern.
