I stopped using King & Chasemore about 10 years ago, my property came up for rent again recently. I gave clear reasons why I stopped using them and they assured me they'd improved greatly, definitely NOT the case, nothing has changed in that time. My experience was impressive while they were chasing me to sign up and completely lacklustre afterwards, I’m completely annoyed with myself for trying them again, I was right in the first place. Complete lack of communication, one market report on the first week, nothing since. I had to chase them for feedback after viewings, said booked viewings that didn’t happen, 3 weeks without so much as a phone call.

GoogleI used King & Chasemore Chichester to fully manage the letting of my property in Bosham for 9 years and they found me 2 excellent full time families to rent it in that time. They managed the day to day letting process including problems and maintenance in an effortless and professional way for the whole 9 years and helped me to sell the property at the end. I would fully endorse and encourage anyone to use them.

An agent came out to carry out a property valuation. After the visit, no valuation was ever sent, and there was no follow-up of any kind. I waited, chased, and eventually emailed a formal complaint about the lack of communication and service.

GoogleKing and Chasemore Chichester has offered me a brilliant service with my tenancy agreement from the beginning. Both Jess and Olivia have been FANTASTIC! They they responded to all my requests/questions within a quick turn around time. They both kept me updated about my tenancy reference checks and other admin related queries. I can't recommend them enough. I have only had a wonderful experience with the whole team at King and Chasemore. Worst service EVER, and I am still paying a high price for going with King & Chasemore. I have never known such appalling and unethical service such as this. The practices employed here are off the scale. Over two weeks ago, we served notice on King & Chasemore after we found out they had been lying to us for months about the bottom end of the chain (sellers of flat trying to sell a property with cladding that did not meet the new H&S standards). Even after we found this out and served notice immediately on Monday 7th October (upon the advice of our solicitors), we were met with increased resistance from their staff who refused to accept our notice. it took all week, and we had to contact their area manager to finally get this sorted. However, today, we find that our property is still being marketed on rightmove. We have emailed them to ask this be taken down immediately but are met with radio silence. The sheer spitefulness and unethical business practices of this organisation is appalling. The emotional and pyshical toll this has taken on us cannot be put into words and I am disgusted with King & Chasemore since this is still ongoing, (after the notification period). Do not use these jokers under any circumstances, they have the moral compass of a child rapist.

Some estate agents can be very daunting and unhelpful, especially when looking for your first property! But she has made the process so easy and clear to understand and I can’t recommend them enough.

GoogleVery disappointed in their service provided. Did not do their job correctly, did not check property was being kept to standard required in tenant contract. Messed up end of last tenant contract costing me money to repair damage done by tenant. Poor communication. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Poor customer service. They know that they have made mistakes but have made no attempt to fix this. All in all I would not recommend this estate agent if you are looking to rent out your property.
