GoogleBe prepared to take legal action trying to get your deposit back from these people. When I left the home I lent through this office, and it was time to get my deposit back. They lied to my wife, saying the deposit had been processed and it had not, and they began either ignoring our phone calls or emails and not giving calls back when messages were left assuming we would stop trying to get our rightfully owed money back. Only until I made an official complaint through the "Tenancy Deposit Scheme" office did I get my deposit back within i think 2 days of them being contacted. Crazy after trying to get my deposit back for over a month did I only get it quickly when authorities got involved.

Aston at the Swaffham branch was fantastic. He made us feel really comfortable and answered all the questions we had. As first time buyers it can be all very overwhelming at times however Aston made the process very simple. 10/10. Also Tony and Emily at the Swaffham branch are great. All very friendly and they are there for you across your house buying journey.

TrustpilotI found a rental property online and…
I found a rental property online and asked for a viewing. The property was located over 100 miles from my residence and as a consequence of this the employee said that they had a recent video of the property, she sent it to me and it looked amazing so I put in an offer. Contracts were exchanged and then on the day of moving the agency contacted me to inform me that the cooker had been condemned and had to be removed from the property and that the landlord was now refusing to buy a cooker and that they were not required to provide one. As you can appreciate at this stage I was very upset, however the agents said they would get back to the landlord to see if she would change her mind. The contracts had already been exchanged and the landlord was refusing to honour her side of the agreement on the moving day when the arrangements had been made and I had moved out of my current home. I would not use this company at all they have no common decency and to add salt to the wound I have to take them to court to get my money back for the E first months rent and deposit because they think that I should be held to the fixed term contract and be liable for paying the rent nevertheless! Do not trust this company!!!

Do not use this estate agent. They did not act in our interest and quite openly attempted to bully us into selling our property at well under the market value. We had a ridiculous offer, which they just expected us to take. Zero effort made to push the property after the offer.

GoogleI can’t emphasize how strongly I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH! Absolutely infuriated with their service! I made it clear what my criteria were when searching for a residence and trusted that they would honor that. Me and my wife wanted a home that would be pet friendly and they flat out lied. Upon signing the contract and meeting with the land lord they were completely thrown off and unaware that we wanted a dog. Additionally they said that the price of having a pet was already fixed into the rent and deposit which I would later learn to be false. They had absolutely zero communication between the landlord and failed to notify us that we weren’t permitted to enter the residence until a certain time which later became an huge issue! When calling them to confront this issue my agent always seems to not be in and won’t return my calls.
