This is the most incompetent and unethical agent I have ever dealt with - after 3 months I still have not received my deposit back and they sent a million pictures of “dirt” from a room I never rented… no response when I said this was not my room… no sign of my money. If any problems with the house they will not respond either when I was renting. Terrible

Do not let/ sell with this company absolute joke. They have let a property next to me. They hired a gardener who destroyed the boundary between houses, have been chasing them for weeks to have it fixed only to be told I need to chase the gardener They hired. The ignore every email. Also left there tenants with young children without water in the property for days. Rude staff.

GoogleWe used Taylors Duston to sell our flat, following a 2 month struggle with an online estate agent (where we only had 3 viewings). Once Taylors took this over they got us so many viewings in and our flat was sold within 2 months. George, Tim and Jamie who we dealt with were all very professional and helpful throughout - so thank you very much for making the process as smooth as possible!

He was incredibly helpful and showed a genuine willingness to help me achieve my desired outcome. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, rude and ultimately useless company! If you trust this bunch of morons to sell/ lease your house you need to have you head examined, trust me you would be better doing it yourself... They offer poor advice with little guidance, they are lazy and unresponsive but worst of all they are rude and unprofessional - what more would you desire from someone who is meant to be assisting you with probably the biggest purchase/ most stressful thing you can do in life. Trust me, stay well clear otherwise you will soon regret it!!!

GoogleIf I could give a 0 star I would. Jamie - Manager - Rude and disrespectful. LOVES the sound of his own voice. Tim - Agent - Dismissive towards elderly vendor. Taylor’s lie and accept and revoke offers at their leisure. Awful company, would not recommend to buy or sell from.

Do not rent from these people. They are an absolute nightmare. From day one they will extort any fee from you they can and when you leave the property they will continue to extort from your deposit. I have been renting in Oxfordshire for 30 years and they are the worst I have experienced. The property management is a nightmare. It took them over six months to fix a leak in the bathroom by which time the water damage was extensive. They do not acknowledge any improvements you make to the property. I fixed a wobbling doorstep, repainted the front door, garage door, and window surrounds as well as the fascia, at my own personal expense, but they extorted £280 from my deposit for some scuffed paintwork and minor damage to a carpet which hadn't had any work done to it despite annual intrusive inspections. They said they would try to keep us as sitting tenants by seeking investors to sell the property to, but absolutely no attempt was made to do this. So pleased to be finally rid of them. Absolute nightmare company.

When you leave you deal with yet another drpt in another part of the country and then the inventory when you leave is done days after you have vacated by yet another dept in yet another part of the country. Inventory aren't cross referenced but the one when you leave is done in far more detail than the one given you when you move in. For example and filthy bathroom with cupboards full of sanitary items and burnt candles missed! Missed but on the leaving inventory dust on the mantlepiece picked up. None of the dept talk to each other and none get back to you either. 18 days after moving out still no response about my deposit. Avoid this agency if at all possible, 33yrs of renting and worse agency I have come across

Slow staff, very impersonal, made moving that much harder. After seeing a property on rightmove we contacted Taylor’s in the middle of August 22. They said they would be in touch and never contacted us. We rang a further 5 times, offered to pay a holding deposit and explained we needed to be moved by mid September at the latest, had sorted out finance and checks all ourselves to speed the process along. Each time we were told no one had taken our details and never contacted. Today (October 4th) I have just received my first phone call from them asking if I’m still wanting to move.

I do not recommend Taylors Lettings.I had nothing but issues and problems with them and the staff. Most definitely a passing of the buck company. Sent me to different people for certain things such as the Landlord and he sent me straight back to them. It was annoying and tedious.Almost felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. I’m not trying to insult anyone here but I had no faith in the service and often felt they were clueless and were rude to me on occasions. They were not pleasant. The stress I went through to try and get monies owed back to me. It was a complete nightmare. I hope no one else has to chase money from this company. It’s a complete farce. I had to seek legal advice and send a final demand letter to them like I was some sort of debt collector. It was unnecessary. I finally got it back but not the whole amount originally promised but at this point I accepted it because I wanted nothing more to do with them.

I just love their way of communication, and how they get you sorted whenever you have a concern about your property . I also appreciate @Georgia for constantly keeping in touch ever since I got to my property to make sure we are okay . I must say Taylor’s lettings is the best .
