Absolutely fantastic service from Jamie and the whole team at Taylor’s. From start to finish, they genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Communication was exceptional throughout. Jamie was always approachable, kept me regularly updated and was constantly chasing things behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and having someone so proactive made a huge difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Jamie is a real credit to Taylor’s, and the whole team were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you Jamie and everyone at Taylor’s, you were amazing!

Booked via rightmove to view a property. I get a call and arrange a 12 o’clock viewing today (Tuesday). It gets to 12:10 no sign of the agent call the office they have no idea who I am ? And then tell me the property is under offer. Thanks Taylor’s for wasting my time and fuel. Manager apologised but didn’t have the best attitude either. In fact, he was very arrogant. Also they were so slow at getting back to me on my enquiry so I wouldn’t ever use these to sell or purchase a house even if they were the last estate agents on the land. Looks like the manager has also had previous bad reviews on Google aswell. Do yourself a favour and AVOID!

We had previously tried to sell our house a couple of times over the last 2 years and having been on the market for 4 months on this occasion, we decided to instruct Taylors in the hope they could help us. From this point we went from struggling to get any viewings at all, to Taylors selling our house within 24 hours!! It wasn’t the most straight forward of sales, and we felt grateful to be reassured and informed throughout the process. Jamie in particular went above and beyond for us with fantastic customer service. We had a fantastic experience with Taylor’s selling our home 158 Southfield road. this was after a poor service from another local agency and 6 months of very little viewings and no offers. after marketing Joe sold our home in 24hours for asking price !! The customer service was fantastic throughout. Being and older couple Jamie patiently explained the process, fees and everything clearly. His service has been amazing and the team were there every day to support us. always with a cup of tea. They relieved the pressure off of us throughout our sale , assisted with our onward purchase despite the property being with another out of area agent. Jamie even booked our viewings for us and helped to negotiate our offers in the office.The team have been there to assist with everything personal matters and any paperwork we needed help with. Jamie and his partner donated their own free time after work to assist us with clearing the property on the day of our move as our kids are out of the country and we had no local support. Jamie and joe helped us find our next home and even helped us move into our air b&b whilst we were waiting for our new home to complete.From selling our home to helping us plan our wedding - they helped with it all. Our experience has been fantastic from start to finish and we will continue to pop into the branch to see the team. always a Warm welcome and couldn’t recommend Jamie ,Joe ,katelyn and the team enough!!!

Very very poor. Offered for a flat, they said they'd get back to us as soon as they had a decision from the landlord. Radio silence, impossible to get through on the phone. Let agreed with someone else a few days later without us being notified. We needed to get a flat ASAP, which they knew about, we feel messed around and have lost valuable time in our search for a property.

Absolute idiots, let a bunch of students rent the property partying until 4 in the morning most nights, living next door and got to be up at 5am for work doesn't go well, contacted them they said they will phone them to explain the rules of there agreement, still been going on for weeks, damages= less rent just bare that in mind.

Don’t bother using them

So we booked the appointment well in advance it was fine then I received three phone calls from three different people then I got told that one of their viewers had gone sick and blah blah blah and I said forget it. Do you know what if you can’t be bothered to communicate properly with each other and phone me over the same things and send me 20 odd emails or thanking me for picking you I can’t be bothered because I can’t guarantee you’re gonna sell my house properly. Don’t bother using them.
