I have been a Regus customer for several years, but I am very disappointed with how my downgrade request has been handled.
Hi Christine, I'm sorry you felt the need to escalate this. I understand you are willing to downsize, but you are committed to your current agreement, which, as you pointed out, is due to expire on 31 May 2027. At that point, you have complete flexibility to resize your product requirements and are welcome to start the conversation with your Community team now. These changes will take effect upon renewal. Please remember that you can check your agreement, amend services, make meeting room bookings, review and pay all your invoices at any time through your online account (myregus.com). I've been leasing an office for over a year, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I have also been able to book meeting space at other locations around the country. It's very convenient having so many offices for company executives to utilize. I took off one star because I have had some connectivity issues with my wireless printer, and their IT department never responded to my email asking for assistance.

I’m writing this for anyone dealing with Regus, because people deserve an honest warning. Leaving Trustpilot reviews or sending endless emails does nothing. We were double-charged without any notification, and over four months we sent more than 60 emails with zero progress. We even went to their office in the Netherlands and spoke directly with management. Not even the regional manager could resolve the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would do so! Ross and Arthur have been very uncooperative with me, I have had an office at Regus for around 3 years now. I wanted to cancel my subscription for next year, to which they said I needed to give 3 months notice in advance. Please note that the deadline to cancel subscription was 01/05/2025 and I alerted them on 02/05/2025; after receiving and email on 02/05/2025 confirming that my subscription had been renewed.
