An agent from the Luton George street branch told me during a viewing they won’t put my offer forward to the seller because I have my own conveyor and mortgage broker. Another agent repeatedly denied me a viewing at another property for over a month, I had to go and speak to the seller directly and found out that Taylor’s had viewings held during the previous weekend.

[Bradley Stoke Branch] Unprofessional! Last minute change in move-in date and late contract drafting, both only 2 days before the agreed move-in date, even though referencing was cleared at least 3 weeks beforehand.

Awful awful people in Northampton branch, customer service could not be worse. Rude staff with not a care in the world about people who actually need a place to live and who essentially pay their wages. Booked a viewing and took days off work for it three times only to be let down at the last minute every time, avoid this shower at all costs.

if you are to vacate their properties, make sure you contact them at least two months in advance and NOT 30 days notice. If yo do not cancel within a certain time frame your 30 days notice to vacate the property will not be valid.

GoogleWe were quiet, reliable, neat renters and yet were still treated as less than human and rinsed for every penny possible. I would not recommend renting with Merry's if you want to feel relaxed in your own home.
Dear Melissa I am sorry that you have felt the need to write this review. I am a little surprised it has taken over 15 months in doing so! Upon investigate it would appear that following the final inspection there were a couple of areas which needed attention and you agreed to pay for this which was deducted from the deposit at the end of the tenancy. Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!
